Upstairs queen bedroom, a pull out sofa bed downstairs, and pull out twin bed in the loft. Please note inquire if you’d like to bring a pet. Pets are limited to one dog 30lbs or less. Our quaint humble abode is located in a quiet neighborhood conveniently near Downtown Sparks and just a mile off Highway 80. While our home is welcome to all traveling guests, please note this is a cozy home for travelers only. Unfortunately, we do not host to local residents of the Reno/Sparks area.

Imagine waking up in a comfortable King bed & feeling heated floors as you step barefoot into the ensuite bathroom. Gazing out from the luxurious shower, you take in views of snow-capped mountains. Feeling refreshed, you head downstairs to the familiar smell of a tasty cup of coffee by the fireplace. After coffee, you slip into the bubbling Hot Tub while being entertained by a game of Ping-Pong. In the evening, you fire up the BBQ for a delicious dinner, followed by leisurely game of Pool.

The Sparks Marina is a few minutes drive from Downtown Reno and just a few minutes walk to many amazing Sparks attractions including Legends Mall, Wild Waters, IMAX and of course the Sparks Marina itself which offers paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, biking, a dog park and 2 Casino's right out your back door. Paddle boards, kayaks, and bicycles are all provided for your enjoyment free of charge as a courtesy. However, availability is not guaranteed.
