The lounge has north facing high angled windows allowing all day sun and provides stunning views of the hills beyond and the gorgeous Central Otago landscape. From the west sliding doors and the built in window seat you have stunning views of the Remarkables. We offer a cosy private suite in a rural location with an ensuite and beautiful views. We live onsite with our dog & children. The suite has a bathroom with a bath, breakfast station with a table, toaster, jug and microwave (no kitchen). There's access to shared lawn however no access to the main house. Local shops and restaurants are a 5 min drive, there is no public transport close by. Downtown Queenstown is a 15 minute drive. We are usually pretty quiet and are often out and about.

Standalone luxury 2 bedroom apartment in a tranquil and private setting, with kitchen & living area on 2 levels and spectacular views of the Shotover River & The Remarkables mountains. Set on 10 acres of park-like grounds, with secure garaging. Barley Mow is in the snowline during winter and 4wd vehicles are strongly advised. We live in the main house which is nearby but a a separate dwelling on the property. We have 2 white cats that roam the property but do not go into the apartment.
