This modern and newly-refurbished holiday apartment on two levels is located on a dairy farm. The rural area around, adjoining the beautiful spa town (Kurstadt) Bad Bentheim with its wonderful castle, invites you discover its many treasures on bike and hiking tours on many different routes. Still, it is easy to reach many nice destinations in the neighbouring country of Holland as well as in the Westfalian area around Münster with its countless castles and its beautiful landscape.

The approximately 55 square meter studio apartment is located on the second floor of a building renovated in 2017, in a quiet and bright location on a 2,400 square meter private property. Enjoy quiet vacation days or relaxed hours of your free time here. Both the historic center of Bevergern and beautiful forest hiking trails (including Herrmannsweg) are only 10 minutes away by foot. The "Reitsportzentrum Riesenbeck International" and Surenburg Castle are only 3 km away.

The house is made of wood, 130 sqm, with fireplace, air conditioning in the bedrooms and large garden. It is 400 m to the shops. A cat, Pearl lives in the apartment. Dogs would have to be compatible with the cat. Dogs on request. There is a garden sauna, at the house, in which 3 people can lie. In front of the sauna is a fire pit. Cost: 15 euros per hour. Please register for the use of the sauna, as I have to give a short briefing. You can barbecue, a grill is available.

The lovingly furnished apartment MarWil is located in a two-family house in a central location, quietly located in a cul-de-sac. The large apartment (94 square meters) can accommodate 5 guests in two bedrooms and a large sofa bed in the living room. There are 2 separate entrances. The fully equipped kitchen offers a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, fridge and freezer. The fully covered terrace (30 sqm) is a special extra!

A wallbox with 11kW is available on the premises at a cost price.

The Haddorfer Lakes are also not far away (3.4 km) There are other apartments in the house that can accommodate up to 7 people. Outside, there are seats available for all guests.
