The cozy and large attic apartment offers plenty of space to relax with 89 square meters. The Hermannsweg in the Teutoburg Forest is only a few minutes' walk away. Shopping for everyday needs is located in the small town. Riesenbeck is centrally located between Münster and Osnabrück and is only about 10 minutes by car from the highway. Excursion destinations include Ibbenbüren but also Rheine, each 15 minutes by car, offering activities for young and old. Families with children are welcome.

The rural area around, adjoining the beautiful spa town (Kurstadt) Bad Bentheim with its wonderful castle, invites you discover its many treasures on bike and hiking tours on many different routes. Still, it is easy to reach many nice destinations in the neighbouring country of Holland as well as in the Westfalian area around Münster with its countless castles and its beautiful landscape.

It is a beautiful, newly renovated 65 m² apartment in the heart of the picturesque village of "Ohne" near Schüttorf. The apartment is on the second floor of the building, which was completely restored in 2021 according to the historical model. The village of “Ohne” is centrally located just a few kilometers away between Schüttorf, Wettringen, Rheine, Bad Bentheim, Ochtrup, Neuenkirchen and Salzbergen, all of which can be easily reached.

Das Haus ist aus Holz, 130qm, mit Kaminofen, Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern und großem Garten. Zu den Geschäften ist es 400m. In der Wohnung lebt eine Katze, Pearl. Es gibt eine Garten-Sauna, am Haus, in der 3 Leute liegen können. Vor der Sauna steht eine Feuerschale. Kosten: 10 Euro pro Stunde für die Sauna. Bitte die Saunanutzung anmelden, da ich eine kurze Einweisung geben muss. Es kann gegrillt werden, ein Grill steht bereit.

The river Speller Aa is a 2-minute walk away and the confluence of the Große Aa and Speller Aa is a 5-minute walk away.

A farm shop and a restaurant are within walking distance. Shopping facilities, touristic sports and station can be reached in 5 minutes by car.

Our vacation home is nestled in the park landscape of the Münsterland in the immediate vicinity of the Dortmund-Ems Canal and at the foot of the Teutoburg Forest. Beautifully integrated into a half-timbered ensemble, our Hüsken offers direct access to its own garden with sitting area, fireplace, barbecue, parking space and covered accommodation for bicycles. A wallbox with 11 kW is available on the premises at cost.

Supermarket, bakery, butcher, bus stop, etc. are also within walking distance. It is also close to the Ems Cycling Path and the Dortmund-Ems Canal. Bikes can be safely parked in a garage.
