The mini kitchen comes with cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle, small table with chairs, etc. There's a level floor bathroom with shower and washing machine. Free and safe parking next to the house. The apartment, 45 square meters, is a gallery apartment with a cozy, fully equipped kitchen. Up in the gallery is a 1.80 m double bed. The living area on the first floor has a sofa bed (for 2 people) and a bathroom. The apartment also has a small terrace.

The apartment is centrally located in Borgholzhausen and yet very quiet in a cul-de-sac in a residential area with single-family houses. All shops serving everyday needs are within walking distance (baker also on Sundays!). Fantastic hiking trails start right by the house.
