Η Βασιλική ήταν εξαιρετική και είχαμε πολύ εύκολη επικοινωνία. Το σπίτι ήταν απολύτως καθαρό με υπέροχη θέα . Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.

Christos was a wonderful host he met us as we got close to the home so we could follow him and he showed us around the property. It looks just like the pictures. The views are spectacular and having pool is nice to come back to. It felt very safe. It’s close about 8 min drive to the center of town supermarket, gas station, restaurants, port.

Milva’s place is a stylish little oasis of calm. We stayed with our 7 year old and 17 month old and it was perfect for us. Milva’s attention to detail is obvious from the thoughtful welcome basket to the beautifully designed space. The outdoor area is a dreamy, peaceful place to spend time with a glass of wine - watching the glorious view and listening to the sounds. The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the pool is lovely. The house is spotlessly clean, kept wonderfully by the two lovely cleaners who visit every couple of days. The house is just far enough from town to feel like a real escape but within 10 minutes, you can be eating at a Taverna in Porto Heli. Check in was perfect with Milva’s Dad George who was so welcoming and kind. Milva’s house is our favourite Air Bn’B to date and we will certainly be back. Thanks Milva and George!

Une très jolie maison mitoyenne proche du centre-ville (10 minutes à pied par les petites rues). Ambiance vacances, avec une cuisine bien équipée, une jolie déco, de nombreux espaces pour avoir un coin chacun. La maison est très grande et très agréable. Accueil top avec gateau et bouteille de vin + infos sur l'île. Nous avons pu faire le check-out à 18h !

Το σπίτι είναι σε τέλεια τοποθεσία! Καθαρό και πολύ άνετο να φιλοξενήσει αρκετά άτομα!! το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

We stayed at the Bell House for a weekend with our kids and had a lovely time. The home is beautifully renovated and designed; we loved spending time on the rooftop dining area and the enclosed courtyard with the pool. Everything was clean and tidy. Miguel was friendly and helpful; he even met us a bit before we reached the house to ensure we found it. His restaurant recommendations were also spot on! We ate at Sta Skalakia on our first night and loved the homemade pasta, meatballs, and other mains for sharing. The next night, we went to Douglas 1969 for fresh fish by the sea—everything was delicious! We had a fun, restful stay at the Bell House.

We had a great time at the villa. The pool was perfect for cooling down during the hottest hours. Internet speed is good (fine for working with 4p). Hosts were excellent, providing us with some essential supplies on arrival. The house was clean. Outside is lovely, with a good bbq spot with view, and with plenty of spots to sit in the sun or in the shade. Would recommend.

Merci nous avons passé un agréable séjour, logement très charmant, cour intérieure, grand volume pour une famille, propre et confortable, situation idéale avec de bons restaurants à proximité immédiate. Christine à l'écoute.

Dans la maison familiale de Tassos, on s'y sont extrêmement bien, un peu en dehors du temps. La vue depuis la terrasse est splendide. Et Tassos est un hôte très gentil et aidant, très réactif. Merci Tassos pour ton accueil. Et bravo pour tout le travail réalisé pour maintenir cette maison de famille et le partage de son histoire! Yassou!

Εξαιρετικό σπίτι , φοβερή Βεραντα θέα θάλασσα, 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από Άγιο Μαμά, τρία υπνοδωμάτια σαλόνι δυο μπάνια , κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη , πεντακάθαρα , γενικώς σαν το σπίτι μας, εξαιρετικοί άνθρωποι οι οικοδεσπότες μένουν από κάτω , πολύ προσεγμένο σπίτι και πρέπει να το προσέχουν και όσοι μένουν. ΑΡΙΣΤΑ!

Είχαμε μια υπέροχη διαμονή! Το σπίτι είναι ένα παραδοσιακό όμορφο και ευρύχωρο εξοχικό και είναι όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Ειναι κυριολεκτικά δίπλα από τη θάλασσα, ιδανικό για οικογένειες. Πολύ ωραία αμμώδης παραλία. Η περιοχή είναι πολύ ήσυχη και ταυτόχρονα πολύ κοντά στην Ερμιόνη. Η Κατερίνα και οι γονείς της ήταν εξαιρετικοί οικοδεσπότες, πολύ φιλόξενοι και μας βοήθησαν σε ο τι χρειαστήκαμε.

Un fantastique et authentique séjour à l'abri du tourisme, idéalement situé géographiquement pour visiter cette partie du Péloponnèse. La maison est grande, offre tout le confort nécessaire. La vue de la terrasse est splendide. Yannis, le père de Katerina saura vous accueillir avec son superbe sourire et ses yeux bleus océan! Merci à Katerina pour son guide touristique personnel .

Very nice house in Ligoneri with an incredible view ! Close to the port with the bus. Close to Ligoneri beach by foot. Communication with Loukia was very easy. A mini market is just outside the house. We had a very great time in this lovely house :) We recommand it.

We will be back for sure

We had a lovely stay at Villa Erminel in between olive trees and the exceptional home decoration that makes you want to get to know more about the history of the house. It's been a pleasure to get to know Alex and Ingela who are very welcoming and try their best to make you feel at home and give you tips how to spend your time in the area. Beaches and sights are very easy to reach by car and by the end of september the area is not so heavily populated. We really enjoyed our self cooked meals on the beautiful terrace and can only recommend a stay at Villa Erminel!

Un tres joli appartement charmant a la fois au calme et au coeur du Vieux port. Le salon, la cuisine et la salle a manger sont tres agréables. Lumineux mais sans vue (a part la cuisine) Les chambres sont assez humides. Et il n’y a pas d’étagères pour poser ses vêtements. Juste une penderie. Prévoir de l’anti moustique dès l’arrivée car l’humidité et la chaleur les rendent tres voraces Juste un regret: pas de bouteilles d’eau minérale a la maison lors de notre arrivée a 23:00 par une chaleur suffocante et un long voyage. Et l’eau de Spetses n’est pas potable. Ni anti moustique. Nous avons dû ressortir tout de suite pour en acheter car c’était vital!

We had a great time at the Casa! Very convenient and well thought-out layout, beautiful outdoor areas, all four (!) of them - three terraces and a pool area. The house had absolutely everything we needed. The sea view was incredible. The house is within walking distance from many restaurants and the centre of Porto Cheli, yet very quiet and tranquil. Christos was an amazing host - he gave us all of the information needed and much more including local recommendations for sightseeing, restaurants, beaches, etc. He was also very responsive to any questions we had. Thank you again for a lovely stay.

Great private and quiet villa. Better than the pictures. The swimming pool is fantastic and the garden looks beautiful. Fully equipped kitchen and outside kitchen. The host and Isabella ( home service) are very nice people. Their service and response time are outstanding. We definitely will come back in a few years!

ligoneri is a development of the 60/70s. the views are fantastic, the architecture functional. Leo's house is possibly the best situated of the whole nearly 200 homes, situated in the lower rank and actually walkable to the beach. the property is exactly as shown in the pictures. it was perfect for me and the 4 kids I had in toe, mine and their friends. there is no Aircon in the bedrooms but the fans were enough for us. the water pressure is amazing. the kitchen, we cooked proper family meals, sharp knives, lemon juicers, chopping boards wonderful hobb oven. there is a bus that takes you into town that leaves nearly every hour and costing only 2 euros per person, otherwise the walk is a healthy 45 mins, we struggled to locate any taxis when we needed them. however, everyone delivers, the supermarket, the butcher, the fish mongers. if you like unorganised beaches as I do there are at least 3 within spitting distance. the waters are beautiful.

C’est une très agréable jolie petite maison indépendante, au calme et à proximité immédiate de la mer : il suffit de sortir de la propriété et de traverser la route pour se trouver sur une des plus belle plage de la région. La maison des propriétaires est sur le même domaine, mais ça ne gêne en rien la tranquillité des lieux.

Magnifique séjour nous avons passé deux semaines chez Gianna qui est adorable et de bons conseils. L’emplacement de la maison est idéal

We were 2 families and stayed for 10 days. The area is nice with restaurants, bar, coffee shop, mini market all nearby. The walk to town is mo more than 10/15 minutes. Plenty or noce beaches within 10 minutes fistance. The house had everything we needed. Anna is so super friendly, kind and responsive, a real asset when looking at booking a place to stay for relaxing holidays!!!

Christina’s house is just perfect. If you want to spend quiet and peaceful time on the island this house is the best place to do so. The hora (main village) is far enough to avoid all big city life :) and close enough to visit a taverna or a bar at night. The sea in a walking distance, you have to go uphill if you want go back home (but again you would love to go back and chill after on the balcony watching the colours of the sunset). Even if the island is a total beauty, you want to spend time at the house since it’s cozy, stylish and the view from the balcony is stunning. Just go, stop reading :))
