Notre séjour s'est très bien passé, l'accueil a été de très grande qualité et dans un français impeccable ! Ermioni est très joli, vivant mais le logement est très calme.

The villa has a great location with great views of the bay. Excellent maintenance of the yard and interior. And the owners are so responsive and nice people. We had a great vacation in an incredibly beautiful place with some wonderful hosts. I sincerely recommend it to everyone!

Ένα πολύ όμορφο σπίτι μέσα σε ένα τεράστιο κήπο! Ήταν όμορφα διακοσμημένο και μέσα και έξω! Είχε φουλ εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα!... ωραίο μεγάλο και ευρύχωρο μπάνιο! ...οι κύριες που μας υποδέχτηκαν ήταν πολύ φιλικές και πρόθυμες να μας εξυπηρετήσουν σε όλα!... επίσης επειδή εμείς πήγαμε για Πάσχα στο τραπέζι μας είχαν κόκκινα αυγά και σοκολατένια αυγά!.... αξίζει! θα ξανά πήγαινα σίγουρα! Όλα είναι κοντά και η Ερμιόνη και το Πόρτο Χέλι και έχει πολύ όμορφες παραλίες τριγύρω.... τη Κυριακή του Πάσχα στο λιμάνι της Ερμιόνης είχε το κάψιμο του Ιούδα... ότι πιο φαντασμαγορικό έχω δεί.... αξίζει να πάτε και την περίοδο του Πάσχα και φυσικά το καλοκαίρι!

Excellent séjour en famille ! La maison est située à deux pas d’une charmante petite crique où nous nous sommes baignés tous les soirs en toute tranquillité. Une excellente taverne juste face à la mer est située à un kilomètre de la maison. Merci à Dimitra et à Massimiliana pour leur accueil et leurs petites attentions!

Christos was a wonderful host he met us as we got close to the home so we could follow him and he showed us around the property. It looks just like the pictures. The views are spectacular and having pool is nice to come back to. It felt very safe. It’s close about 8 min drive to the center of town supermarket, gas station, restaurants, port.

Lovely, authentic Greek house all to yourself.. It feels like part of the place - has soul. Beautiful view over the harbour. Lots of space. V v helpful about check in - I was delayed and arrived at midnight (3 hrs late!) and Evgenia was waiting with a huge smile and lots of friendly advice. Highly recommend.

The house is near the central coastal road of Porto Heli, however the entrance and the bedrooms look at the back so it is very quiet. The living room and kitchen area is at the upper floor where you can see the view and moreover you have a terrace nicely decorated and furnished to eat or lay down with a drink and watch the stars and the bay. The house was clean, well equipped and the air-conditioning was on to welcome us after a difficult trip in the hot Greek summer!

Notre séjour a été excellent. Notre hôte étant malade, nous ne l'avons pas vu mais la communication par mail a été excellente. Le logement est très bien placé, à 5 minutes à pieds d'une plage très peu fréquentée, voire déserte, et accessible facilement. C'est un vrai luxe. Le logement est très bien, avec la climatisation toujours très agréable en plein été. Les suggestions de notre hôte ont été très utiles pour tout. Notre arrivée a été retardée par la route et notre hôte s'est adapté constamment. Le départ a été très facile. Nous recommandons cette location.

Beautiful place to stay overlooking a private beach, with an exquisite outside seating/backyard. The place is mostly ideal for summer vacation. The apartment is impeccably clean with all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The only drawback is the proximity from groceries/bakeries, but that would not prevent me from selecting the place for any future visit to the area.

The flat is a good fit for a family of 4 or 5 for some days. We stayed for 3 nights and it was perfect to explore Aegina. In Perdika you have everything in walking distance: beach, restaurants, stores. And host Raphael was very responsive and helped out when we had a question.

Great little apartment with a balcony overlooking the harbor and hot spots on Aeigna Island. Nice host and easy to communicate with.

It was a perfect vacation. The location, the peaceful nature, the sea, the walking places and the proximity to the places we wanted to visit were very nice. The owner was very good with us and dealt with us quickly when there was a problem. He helped us with places to visit. It was a very nice experience for us, if we come to Kiveri again, it is definitely a place we will choose for vacation.

Très bel endroit décoré avec goût, très bel environnement paisible avec une magnifique vue. Hôtes très accueillants et réactifs à nos questions mais très discrets. Le contact est super bien passé 👍 On recommande à 100% Logement conçu par les propriétaires comme si c'était pour des amis ❤️

Elégedettek voltunk a szállással, 10 napot töltöttünk itt. Van egy fél privàt strand a szálláshely előtt, ami nagyon kellemes és nyugodt, már déltől vannak árnyékos részek. A közelben sok jó strand van még. A házigazda nagyon barátságos és segítőkész volt. Parkoló zárt udvaron volt lehetséges ami szintén előny. Mi kisbabával voltunk, kaptunk kiságyat, etetőszéket és kádat is. A strand közelsége pedig kifejezetten megkönnyítette a dolgunkat. Az ingatlan és kertje tiszta és gondozott. Van egy hangulatos kis kertje is. Mi szívesen jönnénk máskor is és ajánljuk másoknak is.:)

We had an incredible 4-day stay at the Oasis in Paralia Astros. The condo was in a perfect location, offering easy access to the beach and local attractions. The host was amazing at communicating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The condo itself was well-equipped with WiFi and air conditioning, making it a perfect retreat. We truly felt at home and can't wait to return. Highly recommended!

Stephanie’s apartment was so beautiful, centrally located and felt like home. She was so friendly, communicative and had great recommendations. It was perfect for our stay and exceeded our expectations.

The house in location is wonderful - very well kept = super pool and a great view. Highly recommended ...will be back
