Ischia, in a strategic position between zones "Porto" and the village typical of "Ponte", located directly on the beautiful beach of the fishermen, with view of the sea and the island of Vivara, I propose rented apartment in elegant historic villa. The housing unit on the first floor of 160 sqm + 20 sqm terrace level, is as follows: large entrance hallway, spacious kitchen and bright living space, 3 bedrooms, one double with the possibility of adding a third bed (or a cot) and two double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with bath and shower, the other with shower), large living room overlooking the countryside with direct access to the terrace with stone table, chairs, umbrella (possibility of games for children). The house has two entrances and a facing triple: the outer side of the beach road and sea; inner sides overlooking the countryside. The apartment is in a strategic position from 1 to 5 minutes for all bathing establishments that run across the island of Vivara, 10 minute walk to Via Roma, the main street for shopping elegant Porto d'Ischia, 3 minute walk to the harbor on the service "water taxi" that leads to the establishment of "Charter Romana" and stop for the boat and pleasure boats; 5-minute walk from the village of Ischia "Ponte" with the famous "Castello Aragonese", at 15 minutes by taxi from Porto d'Ischia, from the landing of ferries to Capri, Procida, Sorrento and other tourist destinations. The apartment is bright and fresh with every comfort standard washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, hair dryer, fireplace, 1Tv and spacious wardrobes; sea towels. In front of the house: restaurant pizzeria with service "take away", newsagent, tobacconist, confectionery. A 5-minute walk by foot bar, supermarket "Sigma", pharmacy, butcher, church. A bus stop 10 meters for Porto d'Ischia (the route is about 10-15 minutes). 100 meters: food and grocery store. The apartment is located 10 minutes from the thermal baths of all the most famous hotels in the area (Punta Molino, Aurora Park, Excelsior, Moorish, and Miramare Castle) are also accessible to external customers. Free parking inside the villa.
