The farm is nestled in the Maremma hills near the sea (30 minutes). The old farmhouse is surrounded by our land, where we cultivate the vegetable garden and the garden, where the children play and where 2 dogs and several cats roam. Outside, there is a shared kitchen open to everyone and various relaxation areas. The apartment is on the upper floor of the farmhouse. The reconstruction of the entire farm has become our passion, so you will find an environment full of artisanal expression.

Our place is called IL CAVOLO NERO. We are inside the tuscany national park Inside our organic little farm we have 3 cozy and comfortable apartments just 1 km away from the beach of Seccheto and 3 km away from the beaches of Cavoli and Fetovaia. The apartments are situated in Vallebuia, a valley overlooking the splendid beach of Seccheto. The apartments are perfect for those who love the beach but also nature and countryside. It's a really good position for hiking,biking and climbing.

Fetovaia Mare&Monti

The house is in a BEAUTIFUL AND QUIET SETTING at an altitude of about 50 METRES. The beach is 300 m away on foot via a path, partly dirt and with some ups and downs. The final part of the road to be covered by car to reach the house has two narrow and steep sections of a few dozen metres: PARTICULARLY INEXPERIENCED DRIVERS, BE CAREFUL!!! You get used to it later... YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN LINEN (sheets, towels and tea towels): unfortunately, we are not yet able to provide this service.

The designer apartment with very high ceilings was completely restored as a loft in 2023 and comfortably furnished.
