The villa is located in Tanaunella about 1 km from the beaches of Sant'Anna, Porto Ainu and Budoni. For children we provide a stroller, camping cot and high chair. The house has a fenced garden, private parking space, barbecue and outdoor shower. Air-conditioned and with WiFi. Nearby you will find markets, restaurants-pizzerias, bars, tobacconists and a pharmacy. Prior to check-in, a copy of all guests' identity documents must be provided according to the Italian Legislative Decree of January 7, 2013, Ministry of the Interior.

Newly built, it is a short walk from the most beautiful beach in Budoni. It has a cozy living area with separate kitchen, a double bedroom with bathroom, a bedroom with single beds and another large bathroom. It is surrounded by a large garden, the covered veranda overlooks the large private pool. In the evening, the garden and swimming pool are fully lit to enjoy all the amenities of the villa until night. It has free WiFi and air conditioning.
