A cozy apartment, located in the very heart of the Krkonoše Mountains - Špindlerův Mlýn, has 1 bedroom with a large double bed, a living room with a sofa that can be unfolded (140x200cm), a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, dishes, kettle) and a bathroom with a bathtub, which is separated from the apartment by a common corridor (but the bathroom belongs only to this apartment, it is not shared). The apartment is located in a quiet location, only 700m from the city center and 770m from the lower station of the cable car to Medvědín.

One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. It is situated in the neighbourhood with some other built houses in similar style within walking distance to the centre. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 03/2026.
