The base is 3, fully equipped houses with an area of 50m2 + closed mezzanines. The ground floor of each home is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter patio, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. The optimal number of guests in the house is 4 people, a sofa bed in the living room can provide accommodation for 2 additional people. Tlen is a year-round retreat. Chalupa je plně vybavena od kuchyně až po dětský koutek. Pod pergolou je venkovní posezení, sauna a ledová sprcha. Lyžařské areály se nachází v blízké vzdálenosti od domu. V létě pak doporučujeme procházky po krásných cyklostezkách. K dispozici v chalupě máme krosnu pro děti.

Guests can also enjoy a private hot tub and sauna corner at a fair and worthwhile price.

Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.

We offer for rent half of a half-timbered cottage (shared with the owners by a common entrance unheated corridor) 3 km from the center of Špindlerův Mlýn. 5 minutes by car to the ski resorts of Svatý Petr and Medvědín in the center of Špindlerův Mlýn and the ski resort of Herlíkovice in Vrchlabí. Great for a group of friends or 1-2 close families.
