Blue Lake Haven is a brand new lakefront home on the Private Side of Lake Anna. We fully equipped the home with everything you will likely need, because our goal is that you just have to pack your clothes, swimming suits, and water shoes. We recently added a hot tub, a large furnished deck with outdoor seating and dining, and a private boat dock and private beach area. The community has a clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, beach, and boat slips available for use on a first-come-first-served basis.

OR stay & play at the cabin with the hot tub, walking trails, firepit, outdoor games, bumper pool, arcade games, connect 4 hoops, theater room, and lots of places to relax! Boat & RV parking available. A little bug spray recommended. Other amenities are available (ask us!).

Longer Term Off Season Rentals Encouraged! Our Lake Anna access home is located in a quiet community that offers a family retreat from your worries and a short walk to the community dock. With access to the public side bring your own boat or rent one from the marinas located nearby. The home is near restaurants, breweries and wineries. Clean, well-maintained home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Sleeps up to 6 adults comfortably. Two rooms with Queen beds. Day bed with twin pullout.

Relax with the whole family in the tranquil Riverbend district of Fredericksburg. The beautiful open-plan kitchen, dining, and sitting room look out over the private patio prividing a comfortable sitting area for reading or watching TV. A twin-over-full bunk bed also rests at the end of the open living room. The private master suite with a king bed includes additional seeting and a workstation. The private bathroom provides a large shower, toilet, spacious sink, and new washer and dryer.

Rest in the heart of downtown Fredericksburg! You’ll stay in the lower level apartment of this historic home. Constructed during the Revolution, and used as a hospital during the Civil War, this home is directly across from the visitor center, within steps of landmarks, awesome restaurants, taprooms, and shops. It’s the perfect spot for a weekend away or historic excursion. The newly constructed River Front Park sits at the rear of the property and is awesome for the little ones.
