This beautiful detached property is located on a 1.2 acre gated residential plot in the stunning village of Brixton Devon, which is very tranquil. It is situated 4.5 miles from Plymouth and is within 3 miles of multiple stunning beaches and coastal paths. There is space available for 2 cars to park safely on the private gated drive. The Coach House was newly renovated in July 2025 with brand new air conditioning installed (for cooling/heating) and has been decorated and furnished throughout.

Beach has a cafe and loos, and is popular for surfing, kayaking and other water sports. The annexe has six steps up to a small area of decking to the front, and access to a large patio and garden to the rear; free street parking. The village has a pub and shop and a bus service to/from Plymouth just outside the property.

It’s a quiet location, on the edge of Plympton St Maurice. 4-min walk to Plympton Ridgeway with pubs, shops and restaurants There are 15 steps down to the Annex so it is not suitable for people with limited mobility or health issues.
