This beautiful detached property is located on a 1.2 acre gated residential plot in the stunning village of Brixton Devon, which is very tranquil. It is situated 4.5 miles from Plymouth and is within 3 miles of multiple stunning beaches and coastal paths. There is space available for 2 cars to park safely on the private gated drive. The Coach House was newly renovated in July 2025 with brand new air conditioning installed (for cooling/heating) and has been decorated and furnished throughout.

The lodge is tucked away in our well established, mature garden providing privacy. The river is tidal and home to various fish and birds. Guests are welcome to fish. It is situated in Wembury, very close to Langdon Court Hotel and within easy walking distance to Wembury Beach, Church and village. It is also just by the popular South West Coast Path. There are a couple of pubs nearby and a petrol service/shop within 10 minutes drive.
