This was our second stay here. Overall very comfortable, roomy, and clean.

Chad’s place was wonderful. It was probably the most functional airbnb we have ever stayed at with every single thing you could possibly need being provided. The backyard is beautiful and perfect if you’re traveling with dogs. The street was quiet and couldn’t be more centrally located. We had a great stay and Chad was very responsive. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a cozy home away from home in the capitol city.

This place was so nice! The duplex was clean, private, beautifully updated, and had nice furniture. Duplex had a fenced yard and you could use the garage if needed. So many little things that were done just right for visitors. The location and neighborhood are really great too. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for our family. Easily access interstate to travel to family and friends. Janet even let family in early to stock the fridge and drop off gifts. She was responsive and beyond gracious to us. We will be staying again when it is time for our family visit.

Really enjoyed our stay and will gladly stay again if we are in the area. Everything was so clean and neat, and the host was always quick to reply to any questions I had. Due to the cold weather we didn't use the backyard much but I love the space and how private it felt. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay

This Christmas we reunited with family from all over the country. We had missed flights, lost luggage, car trouble, ran out of food, and a dozen other problems… but our stay wasn’t one of them! The place was great. We made wonderful memories there and went home with lots of new stories to tell at Christmas for years to come.

We were in town for an athletic event and needed to be close to the BOS convention center. Larry’s place was perfect at only 5 minutes away. The apartment was spotless and comfortable. My grandson particularly loved the couch/bed and didn’t want to leave. He’s already planning our next trip.

The hosts were nothing less than spectacular. The home was very nice and comfortable. If I am in this area Libin will be my 1st choice.

What a wonderful place to stay and have a huge family gathering! Perfect from start to finish! This house is simply amazing and beautiful! Loved the kitchen, Everything we needed for food preparation and lots of spices and supplies we might have missed. Kitchen appliances are wonderful.

The property is great for several friends or a family for a short-term visit while visiting in the Springfield area it centrally located and easy to find. We would return and stay again.

Three adult family members shared the house to attend a family gathering, and the main event was at a church two blocks from this house. It was the perfect location. The kitchen was nicely equipped with a variety of pots and pans. We cooked there, and had what we needed.

Perfect stay for a weekend! Older home within walking distance of the Dana Thomas house which we took advantage of. Our group of 6 was quite comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our time at the home and would stay again!

Prior to booking, we looked at reviews and saw that while most were excellent some were critical which gave us pause—here’s what I can say for those considering a stay, if you’re looking for a pristine high end place with endless curb appeal this might not be it, but if you want one of the most fun-filled spots where your family and/or friends will make core memories and talk about it the whole drive home you’ve found it. My kids (8 and 6) loved everything about this place as did their teenage cousins and the adults too—truly something for everyone and so much family fun especially in the midst of winter weather! Sean was super responsive and everything was clean, stocked and ready upon our arrival. Thanks for a memorable stay, we’ll be back!

We loved our little home away from home and hope to stay there again. We had lived in a nearby neighborhood and returned to visit friends. The place was sparkling clean! We were provided with some snacks and anything we would have needed to cook. There’s a nice fridge with an ice maker and a blender, both important to me. The beds and couches were very comfortable and the shower pressure in both bathrooms was perfect. I was able to sit at the kitchen table and see a variety of birds in the back yard including woodpeckers, blue jays and cardinals. There are simple instructions for walking to the walking trail. It’s a great trail that spans several miles in either direction. We used it a lot when we lived there. The home rules were very reasonable-we didn’t feel like we had to be the housekeepers. Once in a lifetime stay, this place was perfect for me and my friends for my 30th birthday sleepover. Truly an experience. The decor is all one of a kind, lots of things to look at and learn about. We had 8 women stay the night and we had plenty of space to chill, cook, sleep, and just relax. We never even had to leave. The skate park was awesome, non of us are skaters but we hula hoop so having space to do that was awesome, we even used the ramps as slides. The hot tub was amazing, George made sure it was in perfect condition for our first night. We spent lots of time soaking and enjoying the steam and even had a glow party. This place is amazing we will be back it was an epic experience.
