The Nook Cosy flat to sea, town and amenities

The Nook is situated on one of the main roads into Newquay. It is to the side of our home, has its own entrance with key safe and is completely self contained which makes it ideal for social distancing. There is private off road parking just outside in front of the flat. It's approx a 20 minute level walk into Newquay town or alternatively there is a bus stop at the bottom of our drive. The closest beach, Porth Beach, is a 5 minute walk away with all the other Newquay Beaches nearby.

Situated in a quiet road adjacent to Droskyn cliff, it has it's own entrance, parking space and private, enclosed rear patio garden. Newly built and renovated it has a double bedroom, shower room, fully equipped kitchen and large comfortable living room with french windows. The shops, bars, restaurants and beach are a 5 minute walk from the property.

Comfortable with a light and airy décor, we are just a few minutes walk to the picturesque harbour, numerous shops, pubs and restaurants. The space includes a kitchenette, one bedroom, a lounge and a shower room with sink and toilet and has it's own entrance and outside seating areas for you to enjoy.

Portreath is a village and fishing port on the north coast of Cornwall. Portreath is about three miles northwest of Redruth and has a harbour and is a Sandy beach cove. Portreath has several pubs that serve tasty food and local drinks. There is a bakery, corner shop, several take always and a few cosy cafes too that serve drinks, cakes and light lunches. There are 2 bedrooms.
