My house is situated just a three-minute flat walk from Perranporth beach and village centre in a cosy, quiet cul-de-sac with offroad parking for two cars. Perranporth is an excellent base for exploring many places in Cornwall, as it's just 8 miles from Newquay and Truro. Facilities include super-fast Wi-Fi, a 4K TV, a kitchen with laundry facilities, and a bathroom with a luxurious rainhead power shower. Feel free to ask for travel advice or local tips; we're here to help! All dogs welcome.

Homestead Cottage -Stunning Sea and Sunset View

Newly renovated traditional cosy stone cottage overlooking the sea with beautiful views across St Agnes Head. Situated in the small hamlet of Higher Bal as short walk to St Agnes village. Stunning sunsets at the right time of year with plenty of parking outside. There are abundant mine buildings around this area including the Wheal Coates Mine. It is a great area for walking with beautiful views. Close by are the sandy beaches of Trevaunance Cove and Chapel Porth with rock pools and caves.

The location is quiet, yet it is just a 15-minute stroll into the village of St Agnes with its full range of amenities, and a 20-minute walk (5 min drive) to the nearest beach and the southwest coastal path. Welcome to my listing. I've recently renovated the entire apartment. 15 /20 minutes walk from the beautiful St Agnes beach, and only a stones throw from local pubs and cafes. The apartment is on the ground floor, set on the beautiful village high street with everything from bakeries and pharmacy through to local restaurants and gift shops. St Agnes village itself is beautiful and you'll be in one of the best and most central locations in the village.
