Would recommend Safia’s apartment. The location is ideal and the apartment is spacious, artsy and well furnished. Safia is also accommodating and responsive.

I had a great time staying at Yumiko’s place. Very nice set up with the rooms overlooking the yard. My friend who is a musician stayed with me and made a good connections there and hopes to come back and check out the studio next time The room was comfortable and lots of nice fruit trees in the yard I would be glad to come back 😊

I cannot express how much of a relief it is when you have a Host who is attentive, approachable and knows how to communicate. Odette is an excellent host who takes pride in hosting. Always checking up on me and my guests to ensure that we were okay and had everything we needed. I won’t hesitate to recommend her establishment to others and I cannot wait for my next trip back home. My guests and I enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. Thanks for everything Odette.

My niece and I shared Seymour’s place and would recommend it to anyone our friends and family as a place that feels like home even though we were away from home. I got there late at night and had a little problem finding the house contacted Seymour and he sent me a map that helped. The directions were clear from the time I got the check in info and was easy to find but I never read the email in its entirety. 10 days at Seymour was great, we would definitely stay there again if available. I stayed here two days shy of a month!! That says a lot. Shoutout to host Roger !! he was quick and answered any inquiries. He provided a easy and quick way for both check in and check out. Parking, Hot water, ac, gated community. The area was awesome you are in the middle of everything and across the street from the rooftop lounge!! Amazing lounge #1 party spot. I will be back to Rogers place for another long stay can’t wait!

The house is nice as long as you have a vehicle to get around. He attended to all my concerns & the house is very comfortable & well equipped.

this was my 2 time, good place to stay with a beautiful garden, in a quite area.. Belinda she great I would recommend anyone to stay at Belinda house. The location is good with 5 minutes away to the Devon house and to everything you need, like plazas and shopping areas

Marlene was wonderful and accommodating! The place is beautiful inside and out and big! The view alone will make you want to stay forever! It is peaceful, private and quiet, like home away from home.. but better, and kid friendly! Price is reasonable for sure! Its alot of good for the price! I will 100% be back!

DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE... Only because I want it to always be available for myself!!! In all seriousness, I'm a filmmaker, which has me in air bnb's more than my own house, and Daryl's spot on Norbrook is the best bnb experience I've ever had! The house is great. It's just as shown in the description and plenty of space to free up and relax. The place is clean and the ac units crank! I loved chilling out on the back veranda surround by Mango trees and good vibes. The family downstairs is my family now. With completely seperate entrances to the seperate apartment they gave the perfect balance between privacy and presence. You're in one of the nicest neighborhoods in kingston and in walking distance to manor park. I'll definitely be here again on my next trip

This was the second time we have stayed in this app,apartment and have stayed in others on this estate. It is quiet (except when there is a rooftop party at the adjoining hotel on Saturday! ), secure, with well maintained communal garden space and a pool. The gatekeeper was friendly and helpful. The apartment is well furnished and equipped . It is definitely our go to base when we are in Kingston.

Joanna's place was beautiful, very big and spacious. Everything was clean and neat. It looks just like the pictures but even better in person. the pool was lovely and refreshing after a day of sightseeing. It was very private and safe. There is a manned security gate to enter the neighborhood and an electric gate to enter the property. You would need a vehicle as it is not walkable to any stores or attractions. Carline lives on and looks after the property. She is very friendly and helpful. She is also readily available to assist but respects your privacy. It was a pleasure meeting her. Joanna was easy to contact and gave good information and great directions to the house. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Amazing hosts. They added their own special touches. The property was nice and quiet. Beautiful shared common area in the backyard with the pool. Mango trees to pick fresh from and fresh mint for tea. I had a wonderful stay and plan to go again. Very helpful and anything we needed we could count on them to help make our stay just perfect.

Great location and area! I felt very safe. The area is modern and very close to many restaurants and activities. Akeem is also an excellent host! The apartment is very clean and exactly like the photos. I would recommend anyone traveling to Kingston give this place a try.

This apartment was in a perfect location for our needs and had one of the best views across the city of Kingston you could wish for. The decking area and covered gazebo outside was a nice area to sunbathe and grab some shade when it was too hot to sit in the sun. The living room and kitchen area was roomy and functional with just a few pieces of furniture not quite filling a big space and could do with a bit more to make it more homely and kitchen equipment and utensils need to be of the same set and not made up of bits and pieces and a few wobbly cabinets. The bedroom again was functional but could have benefited from a change of bedding as we were booked here for 2 weeks and the air conditioning unit was a bit on the noisy side when trying to sleep. Bathroom was ok but the shower head needed to be cleaned to make the water flow better and the towels were a bit tattered and frayed and the blue fluff got everywhere (white would be better) . In all a bit tired but Mick is a great host!

The host was always available to answer any questions. The place was exactly the same as the pictures.

The place was very clean and spacious. The moment I walked in I felt right at home. The host responded very quickly once you call or text. I have only one recommendation…. Please put a tv in the bedroom 🤣 so when I book next time I don’t have to spend so much time in the living room. I would definitely recommend Kevin’s place and I will be returning.
