Villa holiday rentals in St. Andrew Parish

Very nice place. Well maintained and clean. We had no issues and the host was very responsive. We were happy to have the details hours before check in time. You can see that a lot of thought goes into preparing for guests as the home had almost everything that could be needed during the stay (from kitchen/bathroom accessories to towels/lines to cleaning agents to personal care items like body wash, shampoo, tissue etc.) in more than sufficient quantities. It was a pleasure staying at this home and we would do it again.

The host was great, and they offered everything from catering to a butler who, might I add, cleaned the space while we were away, to our surprise, folded items left on my bed. The location is also close enough to the town of Port Antonio for a quick stroll or drive to grab anything you may need or hang out at one of the many eateries. I highly recommend this location and wouldn’t hesitate to book it in the future.

This is our second time at Carleva Bay. We love the privacy of the location, the ability to walk the quiet beach and falling asleep to the sound of the waves. We felt right at home the moment we stepped back on to the property. Mangoes were just starting to ripen and wow it was so amazing to be able to pick them fresh from the tree. Miss J is the cherry on top! She’s so attentive, friendly and a really good cook! We can’t wait to go back to Carleva Bay!

We intend to book this place again because it was perfect. We parked the car and walked to everywhere in the town. This is the perfect location if u want to explore port Antonio. The check in was easy… same with the check out. I will definitely be back

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at Devon’s. The Airbnb was very nice and had a lovely terrace. The host was super friendly and easy to communicate with. Instructions were clear, and Devon was really helpful in organizing taxis and an airport shuttle. He was also flexible and accommodating when I needed to book an extra night, which I really appreciated. The only small downside was a bit of a strange smell in the apartment, possibly from the cleaning products. But aside from that, everything was great. I definitely recommend!

Great place to stay, clean and cute. Quiet neighborhood, I felt safe. Kendal was also great at responding and very thoughtful. No issues! Thanks again for the snacks and the mangoes.

Joanna's place was beautiful, very big and spacious. Everything was clean and neat. It looks just like the pictures but even better in person. the pool was lovely and refreshing after a day of sightseeing. It was very private and safe. There is a manned security gate to enter the neighborhood and an electric gate to enter the property. You would need a vehicle as it is not walkable to any stores or attractions. Carline lives on and looks after the property. She is very friendly and helpful. She is also readily available to assist but respects your privacy. It was a pleasure meeting her. Joanna was easy to contact and gave good information and great directions to the house. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Our stay at the River House was magical, peaceful and enjoyable. The roaring sounds of the river outside, lulled us to sleep every night. The decor of the home was impressive and comfortable. Any issues we had was readily addressed to our satisfaction. The host was always available and responsive. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone wanting a private oasis to escape to. Our favorite restaurants to dine was Strawberry Hill Restaurant and EITS Cafe. They both had excellent food and breathtaking views of the blue mountain area.

My stay here was perfect. It’s in a great location and the views are amazing as it overlooks the ocean. The house was spacious and clean, including the pool. It has everything you can ask for. It is great for families who want to experience the old school vibe of Jamaica. The host, Ryan was also great and easy to communicate with. I will definitely return again!

This is my second stay at this house, it is clean and peaceful. Michael is very responsive to messages and helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay

We had a wonderful stay at Treetops. Steve and the team (Shelly, Norman & Tollman ) were incredibly friendly and helpful from booking to leaving. The house was perfect, loved the artwork. We especially enjoyed watching the sunrises and sunsets on the deck. The garden was beautiful - banana, mango & nutmeg trees amongst the palms. Hummingbirds, Oriole & chicken hawks flying around. Tollman picked coconuts for fresh coco water & bananas for breakfast. We would love to stay again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this location immensely and plan to return. Bruce was one of the friendliest and most accommodating host I have ever dealt with on Airbnb. The villa was absolutely beautiful and the views were breathtaking. The villa was well maintained and the grounds beautiful. The pool was a great addition. Everything made us feel like we were home. The kitchen was fully stocks with everything we needed to use for a meal prep. There were plenty of towels and blankets for chilly nights. Bruce thought of everything with this villa and we truly enjoyed every minute of our stay. The location is secluded, and a tiny bit hard to find, but if you follow the instructions given you will never get lost. The neighbors have a large dog that roams freely on the property but it didn’t bother us. Overall this was the best villa I have had the pleasure of staying with my family.

Beautiful view and great host. The caretakers were great and very easy to communicate with. Dennis and Shaunna were friendly, took great care of us, and although around to do what was needed for our stay it felt very private still. The pictures and description do not do the house justice. It is even better in person. The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay and was well equipped. Will most definitely stay again if Fred will have us.

We were a group of 8 ( 4 rooms ). The only problem was that most of us never had hot water. That was not a problem for me at all and they even changed 1 of the rooms but still the same. Lovely place with a spectacular view at the restaurant and swimming pool terrace area. Quiet and clean.
