There’s also a deck with 60’ of dock and a boat launch, Kayaks and paddle boards are available for use. Includes wifi and parking. Seasonal rental available from May 1 through Oct 15

TWO MINUTE WALK to the beach. After purchasing this lake home in 2024 we carefully renovated it. The kitchen, dining room and living room (with wood-burning fireplace) are open-concept. A large 3-season sunroom spans the front of the house. Each bedroom has fresh linens, down comforters and electric heat control. The back yard is private, well-treed and fully fenced, with a firepit. Sandy beaches, miles of walking trails and in winter, ice fishing. Our beach town is a perfect vacation spot!

Harry Potter themed basement suite! This Full basement suite in Lockport is Located right by the Lockport bridge with the river just across the street. There's great fishing in both summer and winter months, several restaurants within walking distance, Lockport Grocery and the beer store just across the bridge. Selkirk is a 10 minute drive from here, and you can be in Winnipeg in less than 20 minutes. We also have an Airbnb in the upstairs of the home, so you may hear other people at times

Located on Netley Creek in Petersfield with a private beach to enjoy all the outdoors and if the weather is not perfect enjoy the pool table, shuffle board and dart board inside. Ample parking. Boat dockage available with a local boat launch And if you are into hunting or fishing the marsh is only a short boat ride away. The house is set up as a duplex and we live in the other side.
