A modern studio in the heart of Nottingham City at the back of the building so more quiet. Only 100 m from the Victoria Centre and Market square. Double bed and ensuite, it is also equipped with a high specification kitchen including AEG hob, washer / dryer, fridge and grill microwave. It has fast wifi internet, a small sofa, 4k smart Samsung 40" TV swivel mounted, bar table with leather bar stools. Flexible self check in from the key safe at the main entrance.

Close to city centre, parks, Arena and Station.

Small double room, you can also use kitchen, lounge and dining room and garden. We do have dogs but like the house clean. The room is fresh clean decor with new bedding. We are close to city centre shops and takeaways. It is approximately 20 mins walk to city, station, and parks. 5 mins walk to Greens mill and science centre. Please note, I am happy to accept single night bookings but only within 3 weeks of arrival.
