Bright room in a quiet location, 12 minutes walk to the lake, for shopping, to the old town and to the train station 15 minutes walk. 3 minutes walk to the bus. Double bed, 1 table, chairs, closet. The kettle, coffee maker, fridge and oven is in the kitchen in the basement. Seating in front of the house, Two guests - parking available. Further parking at the cemetery. Free from 19:00 - 08:00. Otherwise CHF 1./ hh WiFi, (washing machine). The room door is written with your name.

Spacious, luxurious gallery penthouse on the lake

This two-storey gallery penthouse on 133m2, located in the Walensee resort, is characterized by its unique view of the mountains and directly over the lake. From this location you can walk to the Unterterzen-Flumserberg gondola in a few minutes, to the Unterterzen train station in 150m or to the lake. The location is ideal for sports activities in winter as well as in summer. The region is very attractive and still a little insider tip away from traffic and mass tourism.

1 room directly on the Walensee! Just an 8-min. walk from the train station, 10 min. to the cable car, and 6 min. to the boat landing stage. Your room is on the first floor. It offers either two single beds or a king-size bed. Your room is served by a private bathroom. Shared living rooms on the ground floor are available. Incl. welcome drink and breakfast. Free Parkin space aside the house. We live in a separate area and are happy to help with any questions.

Loft 63 is located 50 meters from the lake in a quiet location. The 63-room loft has a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and two separate bedrooms, additional beds possible in the living area, well and comfortably furnished in the typical loft style. The games room* at Lake Constance

*The games room offers you a more intimate stay than traditional apartments has a separate entrance with key safe. A bathroom with shower, full kitchen with coffee machine as well as a cozy lounge area and a comfortable double bed are available. Here, for the most part, everything is controlled via smart home (Alexa) and can be customized, depending on the mood. A TV and, if necessary, a desk with iMac and printer are also available.

Bright and quiet room with mountain view

You rent a bright, friendly room on the 2nd floor of an attic apartment. Terrace with morning and evening sun. The room is equipped with bed, shelf, desk, chair, closet. Linen and towels are provided. Train station is 10 minutes walk away, bus stop is 5 minutes away. The municipality itself has a well-developed public transport offer. Organic breakfast with homemade bread for CHF 15.- on order. A bicycle is available.

Luxury 3.5 room apartment directly on the Walensee

Very nice large two bedroom apartment. Lovely location for skiing in winter or swimming in the lake in summer. The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the ski lift. The apartment has beautiful views of the lake, harbor and mountains. All in all, a unique place in the park and in Switzerland! Linen and towels are included! Cot and chair are provided. I rent out my own apartment myself and am not affiliated with anything.

Studio Leistchamm

The studio is set at the edge of the village center of Weesen in a quiet residential area. The lake is 150 m away. Excursions to the region are perfectly possible due to the perfect transport connections. Together with the regions of Heidiland, Glarnerland, St. Gallen and Lake Zurich, the excursion possibilities within an hour's drive are almost endless. The village center can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
