Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Built in 1895, this Belle Époque house in the historic centre of Bad Gastein offers a breathtaking view of the valley and the famous waterfall. At the start of the Kaiser-Wilhelm-Promenade, our in-house café/wine bar, with its wonderful sun terrace, invites you to enjoy fine drinks.

Many exciting destinations, whether in summer or winter, can be reached in just a few minutes by car. Cycling and hiking trails, the family ski area Monte Popolo, as well as the cross-country ski run and winter hiking trail are in the immediate vicinity.
