Overall our stay was great! Location is probably the most noteworthy as it’s SUPER easy to walk to the main area of Cruz Bay and great restaurants in the area. David shared tons of helpful info though at times it felt like there was too many communications but better too many than not enough!

The place was great and having the beach towels and chairs available for use was very useful.

Our family of 4 stayed in Kim's highest unit, guava. The views were amazing, I don't think the pictures do the space justice. The main living area is huge, the balcony was huge, incredible vaulted ceilings. Very nice. Sounds and smells of nature were all around and it was great, yet we were less than 10 mins from downtown and a little bit more to the closest beach. Kim gave us good recommendations throughout our stay and even took is to Trunk and back one day, extremely accommodating. Speaking of accommodating, our stay was over Easter and Kim put on a great Easter egg hunt on the property for the 3 families with 7 kids staying there. By the end of the trip Kim felt more like a friend than a host which is super cool and unique.

Great location in cowpet with a perfect view of the bay. Staci was always super responsive and was a fantastic host. Check in/check out was flexible and very easy to manage. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a great, centrally-located space for a trip to St. Thomas. Alot of great beaches within a 15 minute drive and Red Hook is just around the corner.

We called once we arrived and picked us up right away. She was very friendly and told us a lot of useful information. She brought us to the house showed and told us everything we needed to know. She went above and beyond to help us with wify and setting are phones up so we could easily find the house. Leaving she made it simple and time saving. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Julie and her associates were great with communication. My family thoroughly enjoyed our visit to St. John. We always have a great time on the island and this condo was the perfect way to enhance our vacation.

Julie’s detailed instructions and communication made transportation for check in and check out seamless. After driving all over the island for a week it made me appreciate the value, the views, and the location of the unit even more. A short steep drive up the road and driveway was easy. Two grocery stores very close, and several restaurants. Could walk to them if needed. We mostly made our own food. Grocery stores had a fair amount of fresh fruit and veggie options along with everything else we needed to get by (including alcohol options). Provided beach chairs and soft side coolers were MUCH appreciated. Loved the daily greetings from Makai 🐕. Hosts were always responsive to calls or texts. The house is divided into 4(?) spaces and hosts live in one of them. We didn’t have any issues but were concerned we were too loud at times, so keep that in mind if you have a rowdy group. Backup generator kicks on quickly for power outages. Coral Bay side was quiet, peaceful perfection. -The J

Frangiapani was a cute little condo with nice views and everything was as described. The kitchen had everything you need and the place had items you could borrow like chairs and beach towels, snorkeling gear and a beach bag. It was walking distance to town. Some steeper hills so if it’s tough to walk I suggest taxi or car rental. My husband and I had no issues. Lots of wildlife and a friendly outdoor cat we love. I would stay again for sure. Bob was super helpful as well and picked us up and dropped us at ferry. He even took us to store upon arrival.

Super nice! Uses solar energy for most of everything in the Place which is very appreciative since it’s super friendly to the environment. Very clean and the layout was perfect. You can’t be the location either, so close to everything you can walk to and from all the restaurants so it saves the hassle from using a taxi.

Maxine is a great host! Very responsive and cared about us. We loved the location, sitting out with our coffee in the morning watching the boats go. Lovely breeze and views of the islands. Quiet beaches nearby, restaurant and ferry only a few minute drive away. Excellent location for exploring the island. It felt like home, we would absolutely stay again!!! Our only suggestion, which Maxine was quick to respond to, were concerns with bugs in the kitchen. It's a tropical Island, so to be expected, just know that ahead of time. But it was not a big deal for us. We kept the kitchen clean, food sealed/in the fridge, brought the trash out. Other things we appreciated. The kitchen is fully stocked, had everything we needed to cook (paper towels, sponge/soap). There was snorkel gear, beach chairs, towels, a cooler, lots of leftover sunscreens, books to read, shampoo, soap, hair dryer. We didn't need much. Thank you Maxine for your hospitality! We're looking forward to our next stay!

Simply a great place to stay!!! Conveniently located to Cruz Bay restaurants, shops and markets. George and Kathryn were very responsive and check-in was a breeze. Close to town, yet felt like we had privacy. Always felt safe...even when walking to/from town after dark. George gave great local tips on hiking, beaches, and snorkeling. Our family had the most amazing stay at Calypso Corner in St. John. The home was in perfect condition, clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. It had everything we needed and more, making it the perfect place to come back to after a day of exploring. What truly made our experience special were the hosts, Eric and Jeune. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating from start to finish. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and want everyone to have a fantastic time. We completely fell in love with St. John and cannot wait to return. When we do, we will definitely be staying at Calypso Corner again. Highly recommend!

What a stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at happy place. I can’t recommend this spot enough. The view is fantastic, the space is very cozy, and they had everything you needed to thrive on the island. You will need a 4 wheel drive car to get up to the house, but there’s plenty of space for the car to park. If you’re thinking of staying on St John, this is the spot.

This place is gorgeous! Very quiet and private. We met the owners and they were very nice and gave us great recommendations about beaches and places. The property manager was very responsive and also helpful with recommendations. This is truly a piece of a paradise. The owner emailed us before our planned trip to inform us of travel Covid restrictions and thanks to her we were able to get to USVI without any problems. We truly appreciated that as we saw a couple that wasn’t let on the airplane due to lack of Covid test. She also suggested renting a Jeep which I highly recommend if you’re wanting to explore the island. Some beaches are only accessible via off roads and impossible to get in a sedan… The studio has all the basics you need for cooking as well as it provides towels and bedding. Unit has a wall A/C unit for hot nights as well as a fan for breezy, cooler ones. Thank you Thia and Raf for sharing you little piece of paradise with us!

Stefanie is an amazing host, We really appreciated the welcoming gift she left us along with a few crucial items in the fridge. Great location, good food, nice beach, close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return again soon

Book this place ASAP. The host is amazing. This is a hotel so it’s a plus to have access to hotel amenities. I had hiccups with my reservation dates and the host was very accommodating. Might I also add, St. Thomas is beautiful!! The hotel is very close to red hook where there’s nightlife. I would recommend this host any day. Todd, you are the best! Book with him ASAP!

Jacqueline was incredibly personable and attentive. She truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The space itself was charming, comfortable, and exactly what I was hoping for. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone. The views are exactly as pictured :)

Chris's place was perfect for 4 of us and had beach and restaurants very close to the condo. It did help to rent a car and explore different beaches and restaurants. The kitchen was very nice with everything you need. Beach chairs, umbrella all there for you. AC in every room and table inside and outside. We recommend it !

Glenn and the property manager Diane were super generous with allowing my family to stay at a last minutes notice. They were super helpful with getting to the property and assisting them when needed. Would highly recommend this place for couples or honeymooners. The view was fantastic and has everything you need to enjoy the paradise of St.John USVI.
