Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in St. Johns County

We had a wonderful time visiting our son and his girlfriend and it was a very good location and place to have our dog. The only issues we had were troubles getting the rear door to the patio open and our dog getting out of the yard because of the gap between the side and back fence. We left the back door slightly open for convenience, but forgot to close it once our 8 month old cavapoo got out and through the gap of the fence while we were out at breakfast. Our hearts dropped when we returned to find him standing in the driveway. We got lucky. Other than that and the bike tires needing air we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Beautifully well kept home in an outstanding location with a beautiful peaceful beach, just steps away. Every part of this process was easy and smooth. We were very excited to find when we arrived that an outdoor patio area with a fire pit had just been completed. We enjoyed s’mores almost each night and had a wonderful time with family. Kitchen was well appointed and bedrooms were large and thoughtfully put together. This is a very nice quiet location but just a short 10 minute drive to a grocery store or restaurants. Host is highly responsive and able to answer any and all questions we had. We would recommend and hope to stay again soon!

The home was quaint and clean, in a quiet neighborhood. Short drive to Atlantic and Neptune Beaches. Overall very nice. We enjoyed the home, while in town. The host was very kind and responsive to all of our questions. We will definitely use this airbnb again.

Our 3rd stay here! My family of 6 (2 adults, 2 preteens, & 2 toddlers) loves it. It’s a 10 min walk down to the beach. Windswept Park (playground) is a 5 min walk away. It’s a brief drive to all the fun attractions downtown, but a nice, quiet, and peaceful place to wind down at the end of a busy day. The neighborhood is quiet, and everyone we encountered was nice and polite. There is a DG around the corner and WinnDixie just up the road. Restaurants galore. You can eat out, order in, or cook at home with their cookware. The screened-in lanai was nice for parents to sit and chill while the kids played in the private backyard. The host/homeowner was easy to reach and quick to respond. Check in/out was a breeze. Once again, we didn’t want to leave!

Nancy came to my rescue after an unpleasant experience with a different air BNB, for which I was refunded by air BNB. Even though I booked with her at the last minute, Nancy was very helpful and proactive in making sure I could get into her place and be comfortable. The bedroom and bathroom where I stayed were clean and comfortable. Nancy also gave me local recommendations, such as the local farmers market, which I enjoyed. Nancy is an accomplished portrait artist and avid outdoor enthusiast. We had some great conversations and I thoroughly enjoyed meeting her!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The highlight for us was definitely the heated pool—such a relaxing way to start and end each day. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, which made it super easy to go back and forth with the kids. The home was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—pool towels, floats, beach chairs and umbrellas, plus all the kitchen essentials including basic seasonings. It really felt like a home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. It’s very spacious and the beds were comfortable. We utilized the heated pool, hot tub and the beach several times. Matthew responded quickly to any questions we had. A perfect vacation. Thank you!!

From the beginning, Matthew and his team was responsive and answered all my questions. Even when I was a pain. There was a slight hiccup with our reservation site and Matthew and his team was very proactive and worked on the situation. Matthew was able to accommodate us and we had a very enjoyable stay! The beach was less than a 5 minute walk. The pools were nice. The accommodations were excellent. This location was 20 minutes from the historical St. Augustine which was fine with us. We would definitely stay with this company again.

Definitely a case of even better than what I thought it would be. Absolutely idyllic setting with an ocean view and quiet space from the back to the ocean. The condo was so comfortable. We had five adults and cooked most of our meals there. The patio was an oasis, the pool just a few steps away and the private beach so close. And beautiful. We tried to book more time while we were there but most dates have been booked up. We want to return as soon as possible!!!

Great condo at a nice price. Cozy balcony to just sit and enjoy the shore view which had easy access. Comfortable to rest in and easy access to outside needs and amenities. Responsive management team. Would stay again.

This place is Great! Right on the beach, short walk across the bridge to the sand. Great view of the ocean from inside. Nice patio. Was clean and beds were so comfy. We had an issue with the ice maker and they sent a repair man right away. Pool was so nice and not crowded. Is about a 15 min drive to downtown but the peacefulness we had at this location was worth it. Beach was not crowded either. Everyone was very friendly. We will be back.

Excellent location just 2 minutes walk to quiet section of Crescent Beach. Lovely view of the ocean from master bedroom and also downstairs balcony. Place was clean and as described in listing. Host Mathew is very responsive and proactive in checking in for any issues or needs you may have
