Enjoy our country getaway on 130 acres, just minutes from Clarkson University, SUNY Potsdam, St. Lawrence University and SUNY Canton. Explore our horse barn, hiking trails, stream, or relax by the pond. We are located close to great snowmobiling and skiing trails also! The studio apartment is located above a newly constructed garage, that is not attached to our house so you have plenty of privacy. It is an open layout with a queen bed, a daybed, and a twin trundle that can be pulled out.

At our clean and comfortable Loft suite, you will find yourself close to the colleges and downtown activities, while staying in a country setting on six acres of land, beautiful trees, dark, star-lit nights, and we have a swing set in the backyard. Kick back and relax in this small cozy cabin located on Elm street just outside of Potsdam. The cabin is conveniently just minutes from Canton Potsdam Hospital, SUNY Potsdam, and Clarkson University. Sleeps up to 3 guests. There is a Queen size Sleep Number bed in the upstairs loft, and the sofa bed pulls out into a twin bed. Sip a cup of coffee and enjoy the views on the balcony. Grill some dinner outback on the patio. Enjoy the privacy of the entire cabin to yourself.

This well loved family-friendly river cottage is ready for you. The river is just steps from the house with breath taking views and sunsets to remember. Great fishing from the waterfront and dock. Cabin at Laing Family Farm

The Cabin at LFF is a small and cozy spot halfway between Canton and Potsdam. It sits on the edge of our small orchard on our 220 acre certified organic farm. From the front porch and kitchen window you can view our horses and/or cows grazing in their pasture. It has a kitchen, living area, loft bedroom and full bath. There is a Roku TV and Free wifi.

Experience the beautiful Adirondacks in a rustic, yet cozy cabin. Dragonfly and River Rat are located on 9 private acres situated along the bank of the Oswegatchie River. There are only 3 cabins on the property, rent the 2 and bring the whole family or just rent 1 and still feel like your secluded. We stay in the 3rd cabin for the season.
