Welcome to the Solomon House, built in 1901, located in the heart of Saint Lawrence County, New York. This two-story three bedroom home can sleep 8. A full bath on the first floor has a deep soaking tub with shower. The half bath is located on the second floor with the bedrooms. There is a full dining room that can seat eight at the table along with an eat in, fully equipped kitchen. There is a large back yard with a firepit facing the water as well as a back porch/deck and a large side/front deck to enjoy watching the water and wildlife. The area is quiet and peaceful but yet directly located in the town of Potsdam. There are window AC units in each bedroom as well as central heat.
