Apartment holiday rentals in St. Martin Parish

this place was so close to every place that we visited. everything was very clean and very cutesy. she had every amenity that we needed and the instructions were very clear! will be coming back.

This house was comfy, clean, beautifully furnished, and has everything needed for a home away from home. The area is clean and quiet. The shopping is no further than 10min for any last minute necessities. Along with a good selection of restaurants as well. It is on one floor with no stairs and the parking is perfectly positioned right in front of the door so super easy to load and unload bags n suitcases. Highly recommend!!!

Terry is a great host who communicated effectively. His condo is nice and perfect for an LSU stay. I mean...you can walk to the Chimes! The complex is def skewed toward younger crowd (probably a lot of students) but that's where it is. right on top of campus. Which is what makes it walkable for LSU events! The complex was surprisingly quiet, however. Will def stay here again and Geaux Tigers!

Nicole's place was great! Close and very walkable to LSU. It was the perfect weekend getaway. I was also able to get a lot of work done on my laptop when I wasn't out. Like the description says, you are on the bottom floor of an apartment complex. I had no issues and would definitely stay again.

Great location to Raising Canes event center. We were there for Open championships and didn't need to drive as it is just about kitty corner to the East Garage. off street parking was easy to find and convenient. Walkable to downtown bars and restaurants.

It was very convenient for location, not far from where I needed to be and once I figured out a driving route it was more enjoyable since it didn't take too long to get to where I needed to be with avoiding the highways since everyone drives like it's a nascar track. The place itself was cozy and clean. I hope to be back soon!

The apartment was as desceibed and the pictures were an accurate representation of the property. Xavier was prompt with responses and easy to communicate with.

Were great hosts for my employees

Emmaline was a fantastic host. She was warm and friendly and very responsive. We arrived to find a whole container filled with sandwiches that lasted through 4 meals and snacks, saving us not only money but the trouble of going out for food after a long day of traveling. Not only that, there was also an entire homemade lemonade bundt cake in the fridge for us as well, which lasted our 4 days and then some! The topper , though, was that we were invited to a family Sunday BBQ with delicious food and a chance to meet not only family but other guests. She also showed up on Sunday with egg and biscuit sandwiches for breakfast. Her hospitality was amazing! We could not have asked for better. The place was warm, cozy, and comfortable, as shown in the pictures with a comfortable antique bed. There was plenty of hot water, but you did have to wait for it. She was warmth and kindness personified. We will definitely be back!!

Logement idéalement placé proche du centre ville, avec un bel environnement. Le logement est spacieux, très propre et bien équipé. Donald est resté en contact depuis notre arrivée pour se soucier que tout aller bien dans le logement. Je reviendrai pour un prochain séjour à Lafayette ! Merci !

Loved this condo for our quick weekend trip. Big rooms, large bathrooms and very cozy! We loved the area it was close to where we wanted to be and very easy access. The train was really the only noise we heard through our stay. Aimee was very responsive and easy to talk to. We appreciate her messages! Would definitely stay again!!!

Our stay was just what we needed. Lathan was on top of everything we might have needed! The neighbors were friendly and we were close to all the places we needed to go.
