In a quiet suburban location of Bad Doberan, close to the Baltic Sea, this 35 sqm studio apartment invites you to linger. The local attractions can be easily reached both by car and by bicycle. The train is only a 7-minute walk away and takes you to Rostock within 20 minutes.

The guest apartment is located in the Hansaviertel near the Parkstraße S-Bahn station (to Warnemünde 20 min). It is a quiet, very green residential area with ample parking.
