Spend a quiet time in our holiday home, in the middle of beautiful Krakow. The house has 1 wood-burning stove in the kitchen and 1 tiled stove in the living room, which conjure up a cosy warmth in the house. The bathtub also invites you to relax. In addition, a garden with seating and a barbecue are available. Guests especially appreciate the natural mountain landscape, which is ideal for hiking. But our community has also received an award for air quality

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Vacation home in a secluded location and with a great view

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.

You will live at an altitude of about 800m above sea level in the almost untouched nature of the lower Gailtal, in the immediate vicinity of countless Carinthian lakes, surrounded by the spectacular backdrop of the Gailtal and Carnic Alps.
