Guest house "Izhata" is a country house in the village of Borovitsa, located on the bank of the Stakevska River. It is located 10 km from the town of Belogradchik and 7 km from the main road E79. On the ground floor is the tavern, a hall suitable for various events such as business meetings, wine tasting, as well as your family and friends gatherings, where you can immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the middle of the last century. On the second floor there are three bedrooms, with a shared bathroom and toilet as well as a fully equipped kitchen.

We are located in the southeast of Serbia, 4 km from Knjaževac and near Stara Planina, which is 50 km away. Nearby is Rgoška Spa at 600m and a city pool with thermal water at 200m distance. In front of the cottage itself is a summer house with a barbecue fireplace, kettle or roasting, dining table and relaxation set. Throughout the year, guests have access to a hot tub with hot water up to 38C. From May to October, guests also have access to a swimming pool whose water we also heat.

It is situated on 10 minutes drive from Belogradchik, 10 minutes drive from "Venetsa" cave, 20 minutes drive from adventure kids' camp "Chudno myasto Stakevtsi" in the Village of Stakevtsi. In Belogradchik you can arrange a flight with a hot air balloon over the Belogradchik rocks.
