Our country cottage has been completely renovated into a beautiful and stylish home. It is situated in an idyllic setting overlooking a stream in the North Yorkshire countryside, 4 miles from the small market town of Malton. This is an extremely peaceful place, entirely surrounded by fields. The cottage is semi-detached with a quiet neighbour. The cottage accommodates 4 adults, a child and a baby, in 3 upstairs bedrooms: 1 (king) double, 1 with two singles, 1 with smaller bed and travel cot.

This delightful cottage provides very comfortable accommodation for those looking to explore both the East Coast and the rolling hills of the Wolds. Sleeping up to 5 adults in 3 bedrooms this cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay, underfloor heating, log burner. Patio looking over the fields and a garden shed for bike storage. Bathroom upstairs and a downstairs loo. There is a pub serving food in the village and a farm shop and cafe at Sledmere house which is a 5 min walk away.

Please also note that the property has slipper baths - there are no showers or shower heads (see pictures) Private area with seating and a hot tub. We are in the countryside but only 2 miles from local amenities. Pocklington is 2 miles, The beautiful city of York is 12 miles, the coast is only an hours drive.
