Apartamentul se afla intr-o zona centrala, intr-un complex rezidential nou la 1.3km de Piata Unirii. O plimbare usoara de 10 minute va aduce acolo, fiind locul perfect pentru a savura un ceai, o cafea sau un Aperol la numeroasele terase. Unul dintre cele mai populare locuri de shopping din oras, Iulius Mall, se afla la 1.2km si poate fi ajuns dupa o scurta plimbare. Locul de parcare in garajul subteran este inclus pentru a va putea bucura din plin de sejurul sau sedera prelungita.

It is a new apartment (2018), appealing and luxurious, situated at the second floor of the building. Near the apartment 200m is a matket. Only 200 m from the apartment is the public transport station. E1 bus. The University of Veterinary Medicine is only 1.7 km away. The Premier Hospital is 2km away
