There are no cameras in the house or on the property. We are 5 minutes from Carolina's Treetop challenge. Charlotte is 1 hour away. Fifteen minutes to Morrow Mountain, Lake Tillery- Badin Lake, and Uwharrie recreational area. 8 miles to Dennis Vineyards. Asheboro Zoo is one hour. Each guest over one is an additional $15 per day per person—kids under 2 N/C. $10 per day per animal. PETS MUST BE CRATED WHEN HOME ALONE. Airbnb cannot add the correct pet fee; we will request it after booking.

Country Bliss-quite, peaceful and inviting

This 100 year old farmhouse has been completely restored for your comfort and is just waiting for your visit. Sitting on 20 acres of land, and slightly off the main road, it is a perfect place to relax, unplug and get away from all the hustle and bustle of life. Transport yourself back to a more peaceful era in this retro brick ranch on a wooded lot! Two large bedrooms share a hall bath. *Bathroom just renovated in 2025.* Period furniture was made in NC for that local touch. Mamaw’s kitchen has been stocked so you can do takeout or make a meal. Drink your coffee on the side porch looking out over the peaceful yard. Parking is a breeze since you have a two-car carport and driveway too. :)

**Our house is old and not well insulated, so it can be chilly in winter and warm in summer. Think of it as an indoor glamping experience! Please keep this in mind before booking. Step back in time in our vintage farmhouse, built in 1915. This charming and quaint retreat offers a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere—perfect for those looking to unplug and unwind.
