A little haven away from the hustle & bustle of daily life but also a short drive away from Bath, Bristol & many other beautiful spots. It has one bedroom with a king size bed, a luxurious bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with table & chairs. The living room is large & very comfortable with bi-fold doors opening up on to a private terrace with pretty views of the garden.

Pretty annex with kitchen and private garden

This lovely annex has its own private entrance with a small fenced garden and patio area with table and chairs. There is one ensuite kingsize bedroom (or 2 singles) and a open plan kitchen with sofa bed (more suitable for children as no separate bathroom) There is parking outside. Our beautiful hamlet is very quiet with great walks from the door. We do run a working farm so you may occasionally hear that in action. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

The Annexe. Beautiful Location. Nr Bath

Located 6 Miles from the historical city of Bath the Annexe is full of character both inside and out. Once you have finished your morning coffee sat in the private garden with a variety of wildlife including pheasants, finches, Owls, squirrels and the occasional wondering Deer, why not hit the public footpath situated 200 metres from the property to hone your bird watching or foraging skills. If relaxation is your preference we have a variety of books and games for you to enjoy.

A simple, detached studio-open plan one double bed/sofa bed/mini kitchenette/living space & a new shower/toilet room. In a quiet village between Bath-15min & Bristol-15min near Bristol Airport, The Pig, Priston Mill, Glastonbury, etc. Tiny patio area and tiny grassy area. Parking for one car is next to the studio. The village pub, coffee shop/village shop is barely a 2 min walk away. Fab place to explore the local area or chill and make use of the fabulous local walking guides.
