This Mid Mod home was updated in 2022 with a Modern Farmhouse flair. The space is private, peaceful and centrally-located. The mall is just a 3 minute drive away and so is Downtown Boise, which is filled with restaurants, shopping, sites and more! Outdoor activities just minutes away. Plus The Village in Meridian is nearby ... you will love this location...it's one of my happy places. PLEASE NOTE: This unit is Non-Smoking. No pets allowed due to the host and family having pet allergies.

This adorable guest house offers a secure and private stay. Includes a full bathroom, king bed, and outdoor eating area. Our home is close to Meridian Village, Settlers Park, and our main highway (I-84). Close proximity to Downtown Boise, rivers, and the airport. You will have a designated parking spot in the driveway and space is available to store bikes, kayaks, etc. A twin air mattress and child pack-n-play available upon request. We do not allow pets, including emotional support animals.

Private outdoor sitting area & shared covered patio with sink (summer) & nice yard. BBQ available if requested in advance. Well lit free street parking. Host and his dog “Elvie” live on site.
