I made a trip with 2 more friends, and we have nothing to complain about, extremely clean apartment, exactly as in the images, and with all the necessary utensils we use on a daily basis, the location is excellent close to the market, pharmacy and close to the beach. Great apartment, quality of beds, linen and towels. Many high quality cooking utensils. Nearby beach, almost private. We had a memorable stay. The only negative point, which is not of the house but of the public power, is that the street is not completely urbanized and accumulates pools of water that makes mobility difficult. But it is in the process of urbanization. Soon it won't be an issue anymore. But the apartment itself is note 10. And the wonderful Cau services.

Wonderful stay, the place has everything I wanted, beach access and direct contact with nature. The bungalow is beautiful, it was organized and clean, we felt at home. The infinity pool is a spectacle apart, the condominium itself offers a lot of leisure, it is close to several beaches and I recommend going to the Santoregano pizzeria, a wonderful place. Albano was helpful and kind from the beginning to the end of the stay, making communication easy and proactive. We love and are grateful for the moments lived there! May we return soon!

Adryelle was extremely friendly, helpful and polite! The apartment is of a sizeless amenity, has absolutely everything that is necessary for a short or long stay without missing any item/equipment from your home. The site is very good, close to everything, the beach in the background is excellent. I and my family will definitely be back and staying in the same place!

About the property, fully met my needs, in the case of work travel, only one night, but with enough space for my family, for example, we are in 4, a clean and cozy place, condominium well located and with plenty of space and environments for guests to enjoy. About Daniel, extremely kind, easy to communicate and polite person. His information for our arrival at the site, as well as nearby locations for daily needs were of great value. It also has a guide on places for families to take the tours, which in the opportunity I could not do, but I hope to return and having availability, again with Daniel, thank you in advance.

The apartment is amazing! It’s just in front of a paradise. We felt really relaxed and we loved the balcony with coconut trees around and blue sea views, the condominium facilities, the beach just a few steps from the apartment and the ocean in front of the pool. Lafayete is warm welcoming and cooperative as a host, helping us with everything (and even more) we asked for. We had a perfect family’s vacation. Hence, we do recommend the Lafayete’s apartment much for guests looking for relaxed vacations, and we ourselves can’t wait to come back soon.

Marucia was super attentive from the moment of the rental. We also helped us with tourist tips. The apartment met the need for lodging well. The structure of the building is very good. We very much like Barra de São Miguel. Beautiful and quiet. I already miss our photos. We'll be back!

the environment was clean and as advertised. we like the stay. it's approximately 30 to 40 min to reach the beaches, catches a lot of traffic at certain times. but it's worth the stay. thank you

Our stay was perfect. When we arrived, Mirella was careful and kind enough to provide us with coffee powder, cookies, sugar, bananas and water. It has everything we need in kitchen utensils. The decor and plants give it a charm and make the environment even more welcoming. Mirella is a lovely person, very helpful, she responded promptly and was always concerned about our comfort. The building is very safe and with polite and attentive employees. Everything is nearby and we didn't feel the need for a car. Lying in the hammock and just enjoying the sea breeze, or sitting in the armchair to read a book, having breakfast enjoying the family and the view were some of the many special moments we had. We left, but we already want to go back.

Wonderful coverage, when entering the environment we are already faced with an open environment, living room, kitchen and balcony with pool and barbecue area, all integrated and wide. The very well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils, and a small washer and dry laundry, which was very useful. In the living room a giant couch with a smart tv that looked like a cinema. The swimming pool at the end of the day after the beach was something divine, very relaxing. The 3 suites are large and facing the pool, the bedding, the pillows and the mattress, they are something to mention, we had the best possible nights. I also need to mention the care of some details, such as towels and beach bags in all of the suites, hats, chairs and cork oaks, all to enjoy the more remote and deserted beaches... Negative points: showers with low flow, many buildings in the surroundings and maintenance in the condominium, making a lot of noise and hindering the tranquility. Spotted Street to the beach, with pools of water along the way.

Note 10, we were very well received, beautiful and very close to the beach. Nothing to complain!

Great place, all very quiet and close to the beach. Wanderlei always friendly and took away all the doubts we had. It takes about 5-10 minutes to get to the Shopping Park, it depends on traffic. A 5-minute walk on the beach and you find stalls and the sea is great for bathing if you don't want to move the sea bath in front of the apartment is quiet too. Condominium safe, calm, no noises, perfect for those who want to rest. I highly recommend!

Simply incredible stay, wordless to describe! The apartment is even better than in the pictures, really nice. The environment is super cosy, the quiet building, the clean rooms and all utensils are at your disposal. The location is easy access to beaches, markets, pharmacies and gas station, all very close by. French Beach is just a 5-minute drive away. Very attentive Marco always responded quickly, in a flexible check in and checkout. I loved the environment and I recommend it to EVERYONE. If you're looking for a place to have unforgettable moments for your family, this is the right place ❤️

We had an excellent stay. We loved that the apartment was spacious and comfortable. We had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed (air frier, blender, coffee machine etc). However, both showers weren’t nice. The water pressure wasn’t good, and it was either very cold or too hot. The condominium looked clean and well maintained

The place is wonderful for those looking to relax in an environment that provides you with peace and contact with nature. The bungalow was very cozy and had everything we needed. The host, Alessandro, gave us the necessary information, assisted us when we needed it and even gave us good scheduling tips.

We stayed for 7 days and were incredible days in Maceió and we felt at home with all ctz! Bruno was always attentive mt and in all eventualities he acted quickly and solved everything! We only have to thank you!
