In Cumuruxatiba, on the cliff facing the sea, in 9000 sq. m, we have the chalet with 2 suites, in the middle of the garden with a kitchen on the balcony (stove, refrigerator, portable barbecue, microwave), 80 m away from the main house of 5 suites facing the sea, next to the chalet there is an extra double suite that can be rented separately. The court, kiosk and pool are for shared use, the main house is for restricted use. Everything was done with affection to appreciate the beautiful view!

The Casa da Praça Chalet is located in the São Francisco neighborhood in the center of Arraial D'ajuda. As a residential neighborhood, it is very quiet, surrounded by greenery and many birds.
