It is located in the Ponta d'Areia neighborhood, near Jansen Lake and the beach. From the window and balcony, there is a beautiful view of St. Mark's Bay and the lagoon. Alto Can means “House of the Alto” ​​in the Ibizan dialect, inherited by Sergio, a Spaniard who lived in the old house where this new and charming project is today. CASA-NE is a private house situated on a small hill at the eastern entrance to the village, in the middle of a 1,900 m² tropical garden in a very quiet area, just a few minutes from the beach and close to all amenities. Very comfortable and well equipped, the house is perfect for a couple or a family with two children. An additional accommodation for two people (bedroom, veranda, terrace, bathroom) is also available for an extra charge of €60 per night.
