It is located in the Ponta d'Areia neighborhood, near Jansen Lake and the beach. From the window and balcony, there is a beautiful view of St. Mark's Bay and the lagoon. Near the building, there are great restaurants, bars, convenience stores, pharmacies, laundries and a gourmet market. Feel at home and enjoy the view.

Alto Can means “House of the Alto” ​​in the Ibizan dialect, inherited by Sergio, a Spaniard who lived in the old house where this new and charming project is today. The house is located at the top of a dune in Atins, where the views towards the sea and the Preguiças River are unique. The project is essential and minimalist in nature, thought and designed in a functional way to enjoy the breezes of the trade winds, its distinguished terrace and especially its views.

CASA-NE is a private house situated on a small hill at the eastern entrance to the village, in the middle of a 1,900 m² tropical garden in a very quiet area, just a few minutes from the beach and close to all amenities.
