The house is exactly the same as in the pictures, but personally manages to be even more beautiful and get more details than in the photos they can't show. About access to arrival, there are two paths. The shortest and fastest way is very good! And the long way. The longest path the access is not bad, but it turns out to be 2x than the shortest route. Unfortunately on arrival we took the long way, but on the return we returned by the shortest. Both paths exist only one car passage at a time, but it's quiet. The owner always warns about the routes and suggests the best. In the house there are all the necessary utensils and even more rs Overall, the stay was wonderful! If we left the house to do something, the space is very good for various activities.

I spent the carnival 2025 in the appr of Larissa. She always very kind and super accessible. The ap was true to the listing, with towels and bedding for all guests. Very well equipped, very comfortable and easily accessible to the entertainment areas of the complex, as well as being ground floor, which already brings a greater convenience. We'll be back for sure!

The apartment is excellent. It has all the utensils and amenities to spend quiet days with the family. The condominium is very good for children. Otoni is a great host and always responded very quickly. I definitely recommend it.

Whenever I come to Natal, I make it a point of staying in this apartment at Mirantes da Lagoa. In addition to being super functional and cozy, the location is excellent: easy access to the airport and the beaches of the north coast, such as Genipabu and Praia do Forte. The condominium remains impeccable, with security, a leisure structure and a very pleasant environment. It's already my right place in the region!

Excellent stay! We felt at home. Spacious, clean, organized and complete environment. It has all the utensils you can imagine. We were 12 adults and the stay was super smooth. The condominium is amazing, offers many leisure options, has a market nearby and is about a 5-minute drive from the center. The hostess is very friendly, gave us several tips on restaurants and tours and was always willing to help us. It certainly became our first choice for accommodation in Bananeiras/RN

João was very attentive, as soon as I made the reservation he already passed me everything he had and he needed to take, he always quickly answered my messages . The flat just like the photos, had everything we needed, comfortable beds and sofa, beautiful view of the lake. The condominium does not comment, but I will make kkkk very organized and with rules, well wooded, many fruit trees, the walk inside it every moment a discovery, many beautiful little corners for photos, and the late afternoon under the tree in front of the lake was a very tasty moment. I loved staying with João and fell in love at Winterville 🥰

We spend 3 magnificent nights with the whole family at Sítio Bella Vista. We were greeted very kindly by the homemade Igor who was very helpful throughout our stay. The house is very well equipped and extremely cozy. The deck is very wide and functional. The outside area is a spectacle apart, the view is incredibly beautiful and we enjoy the space with a fireplace and screen every night. Dona Iran provided us with very tasty meals and was always willing to help us with what we needed. The extremely polite and accessible hosts answered all of our questions. Sítio Bella Vista is a fabulous site that we aim to return to many times.

This was our second stay with Malin and Pepeu, our 3-year-old daughter loves the place and especially the hosts who are super nice and welcoming. The place is beautiful, peaceful, pleasant climate and good for hiking
