Peacefully located house next to beautiful lake. 50 minutes to Stockholm and Arlanda. To Norrtälje City, it is only 7 minutes. The house is next to our villa but is still private. There is a private dock with a rowing boat you can borrow. Three bedrooms, spacious living room and kitchen as well as shower and toilet. Nice view of the water. Private terrace. Nice walking paths and Roslagsleden goes through the village. When you check out, you are responsible for the condition and cleaning being the same as upon arrival. Bring your own bedclothes.

In the approximately 20 sqm, there is a well-equipped kitchen with sink, refrigerator, hot water and dining table for 5. The living room has a sofa that can be pulled out to a double bed and a single bed. A modern shower room is in the barn next door and is shared with the other guest house. The guest house has its own dry toilet.

A truly wonderful, relaxing, mindful place in the center of the Stockholm archipelago. We are close to the island Möja with all its facilities. A small rowing boat is always included. In addition, two "add-on" packages are offered separately; (1) a ”boat-package” including an engine for the boat and three kayaks (2 single, one twin kayak), and (2) a "Sauna package" including a fabulous outdoor warmwater shower with a fabulous view . Cottage 15 m from the sea in a beautiful area

The cottage has one room with two beds and a kitchen with running cold water. The kitchen is fully equipped. You have a private patio with a barbecue area. You have to bring your own charcoal . Bedsheets an towels are included. The cottage is secluded in a quiet and protected bay. You get here by car/bus to Stavsnäs, and then by the ferry towards Sandhamn. It takes about 15 min to walk to the cottage. The terrain is a bit hilly so not suitable for stroller/roller bags.

Big sun deck connected to the pier..From the indoor sauna you easily reach the pier via the outdoor deck and staircase, perfect for summer as well as winter. Possibility to rent a smaller boat upon availabily for trips in the neighbouring area as well as good for waterskiing and tube.
