Access to the garden in the forest edge and the possibility of walking in the forest. Free parking and the house is a 10-minute walk from the bus connection to Aarhus city center. No pets allowed.

In addition, the home has a large bathroom and a quiet bedroom with a double bed. The sofa is a sofa bed, and the apartment therefore accommodates up to 4 people. The home is located in a scenic area, only 8.3 km (about 20 minutes by car) from Aarhus C. In addition, close to Skejby Hospital, close to bus connections and the light rail.

It's all decorated with lovely colors and my personal things, so it's not just made for rent, but also my home!

Welcome to a nice, quiet area close to everything. The forest, Tivoli, local shops and grocery stores are all nearby. The light rail stops 5 min. from here. It will quickly take you downtown. You can also walk to get there. The apartment is in the basement with a private entrance, bathroom and (small) kitchen. Our laundry room is in the basement, but we will coordinate in advance if we need to use it (only relevant for longer stays). Fast Wifi and easy access to the highway. Free parking.

A 3 bedroom apartment of 80 sqm with beautiful views and outdoor terrace on the ground floor . It consists of 2 bedrooms with 2 -80x200 and 2-90x200 elevation bed, a living room, bathroom with washing machine , dryer, kitchen with dishwasher , fridge , freezer, airfryer, microwave and oven. The apartment is close to Brabrand lake as well as the city of Aarhus. There is parking space in the driveway on the left . The owners live on the 1st floor but there is a separate entrance. No smoking

Lots of sightseeing opportunities such as Marselisborg Palace and "The Infinite Bridge" are within walking distance. The apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom, a balkony and a washing mashine. There is a carport for free parking. Also there is a bus stop less than two minutes away and the bus takes approx 10 minutes to reach the city center.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The city of Aarhus, the light rail, bus connections, 1 km to the highway, 4-5 km to the beach, village idyllic. Quiet scenic areas (municipal forest 1 km.) Large common area with grass on the plot. Reasonably cheap heating and hot water. There is geothermal heating and good insulation.
