The Spruce Nest

Stay in a historic home in Old Town Steamboat Springs built 1907. We have added an entry, dining room, master bedroom and bath and powder bath. However, we have kept the original two-story home in tact, similar to the early 1900's. We even used original wood from the walls to accent the exterior. Cute garden level one bedroom condo located right in the center of downtown - only two blocks from Lincoln Avenue. Walking distance to all downtown shops and restaurants, Yampa River, free city bus, and epic hiking and mountain biking on Emerald Mountain. Includes easy computer set up for remote working! Full size washer/dryer with a gas grill on the patio. King size memory foam mattress in the private bedroom and a high end queen pullout. Confidently book your stay at my sparkling clean and disinfected home. It is professionally sanitized before your arrival. No pets, and the HOA does not allow use of the fireplace.
