Аt your disposal are two one-floors, separate houses, build according to the old Bulgarian architecture traditions, combined with a modern comfort. The one-store houses are 60 sq.m and have 17 sq.m. spacious terraces. Each house has a living room with a kitchen box, two bedrooms, bathroom and a toilet. The maximum capacity of each house is 4 persons, i.e. 8 persons for both houses. Extras: 1400 sq.m. Garden, parking lot, sheltered terrace, pool, bbq, SAT TV and wireless internet access.

The house is in a wonderful village, home to the historical park complex. Easily accessible to varna, the beach and close to many historical landmarks. The house is in a traditional style, full of charm and artistic detail. Its a very safe neibourhood where you can feel at one with nature. The large garden has many fruit trees and a covered balcony allows one to sit and relax. Its a very beautiful and special place, unhindered by the modern world.

A circular above-ground pool is centrally located in a landscaped yard. Surrounding the pool are several white lounge chairs and seating areas, providing space for relaxation. The exterior of the house features a red-tiled roof and shaded porch, accompanied by well-maintained greenery.

The banquet hall is equipped with powerful music and has a capacity of 25 people.
