Excellent for 7-12 people

We had a fantastic stay at Mattia's beautiful house. I have never vacationed in such an extremely clean and outstandingly well-equipped house. Up to the second glue, everything our heart desired was there. The beds were very comfortable. We traveled so much that we were actually only in the house in the morning or evening. The nature in this area is just beautiful. Twice we visited a swimming lake nearby with a diving tower. The kids could swim or play on the playground and fish the anglers. We were the only guests in this lovely spot every time. Excursions such as the Pippi Longstocking are between 30 and 60 mins away. In Högsby itself there are two supermarkets within walking distance and a gym, playground and outdoor gym. We really felt very comfortable. Thank you Mattias.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. The location was super idyllic, just as we had imagined it in Sweden. The lakeside location was just as fantastic as the house. Robert and Rachel were great hosts.

Sofie has been very helpful and friendly from the first contact. Once the listing was booked, Sofie was clear that she is happy to be available for any questions/concerns/recommendations. The accommodation is very quiet with a great view over the lake. We have been able to spot the ospreys over the lake for several days, these are very rare with us. The decor of the house is super cozy and the veranda and terraces are definitely a plus. If possible, we will most definitely come back. Regards, Elly and Jos

Attending the Elmia Trade Show this was a great house with great location - easy to find, close walk and also a great place to come home to after a day at work. Can highly recommend!

Simply great, everything as it should be on all points.

Loredana is a very friendly and responsive host. The home is exactly as it appears in the photos, very clean, spacious in a very peaceful and quiet neighbourhood with spectacular views. Easy to navigate to the home address with a private space big enough to park an SUV. We were visiting the Elmia conference centre for an event and the quality of hotels available in the area were very limited which led us to choosing Loredana & Jonatan's home which we were very happy with. Driving to the centre is easy by car, with plenty of spaces to park. Taxi's are also very convenient and efficient to arrange. The main city centre and nightlife is also very close by with a range of restaurants to choose from. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

We really enjoyed this very cozy home, hot sauna, extremely nice veranda and lovely cat. We admire Lindas’ hospitality to stay us at her home. There is very beautiful garden, good parking place, good spot to stay with children. We recommend the house sincerely.

Malin a host without the same. The start of the reservation, she gave a clear and warm approach before the reservation. She gave a safe and the house is really good for your first IRONMAN KALMAR. side door for driving in the cycle and washing machine. the pool was a great treat and bonus for a triathlete. Communication before the trip to the home loan was smooth and quick responses. The days in the house were enjoyment full, appreciate the great access of ice pieces. (perfect for the ice bath after ironman) Good parking and quick to the island bridge as to Kalmar. (by car about 16 minutes to the ironman start line so smooth and easy. nice as you need to wake up around 4 to check in and prepare for the ironman start) The bike tour for ironman you pass Lindsdal and only a 10 min walk you can see a pass 2 times. Summary is to get the chance to book Malin's wonderful home. Don't hesitate or don't hesitate to write to her.

We had a fantastic 4 night stay at this villa. It has all possible amenities, and is in top condition as well as very nicely decorated. Quiet and pleasant area with large plot and lovely terrace around the pool. Angelica and Robin were quick to answer questions and generous with everything.

Amazing, unique home with tons of space and charm. Fantastic family space and kitchen amenities. Plenty of things to keep kids entertained, and the cats are the "highlight," if you ask our 5 year old.

The house is absolutely amazing. Karin is a wonderful host.

Very nice accommodation, perfect for several families to share and with a cozy hot tub that we cooled off in without burning on the hottest day of the year.
