The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon stocked. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wi-Fi, Apple TV.

This newly renovated cozy cottage is in the middle of the forest on the Småland highlands. The cottage is close to hiking trails and lakes and by car close to the unique wooden town of Eksjö, the elk park in Skullaryd and Skurugata. If you want to go on a day trip, it is an hour to Astrid Lindgren's World. All rooms in the cottage are newly renovated with care to preserve the feeling of this soldier's cottage from the 1700s. There are 4 beds and a sofa bed. Fishing opportunities are available as you have access to a boat about 1.5 km from the cottage.

We rent out our summer cottage by Stensjön, about 10 km outside Nässjö. The cottage is located by Lake Nömmen and has its own dock and sandy beach. The cottage is perfect for a family or larger group as there are 6 beds. The cottage has a large living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. There's also a loft with a sofa and TV. On the property, there is a separate guest house with a double bed and a bunk bed (not winterized). Sauna is available in the garden for those who want it.

Pietetsfully renovated with stunning garden outside. The house has 8 bedrooms with a total of 16 beds, extra children's room with another 3 beds. 3 fully tiled bathrooms with shower and toilet, large dining room with room for 20 people, fully equipped kitchen, 2 dishwashers, 2 living rooms both with TV, 2 terraces and a large balcony, 2 fireplaces.

Here the noise level is quiet, it smells of forest and the air is clean. If you're looking for a place to unwind, you've found the right fit. Here you feel a little bit transported back to the time of Astrid Lindgren's stories. Bullerby, Lönneberga and Astrid Lindgren's World are popular destinations. Fishing, hiking, mushroom and berry picking or canoeing on a big tour? There's always something to experience. The wooden town of Eksjö is only 15 km away. In the vicinity there are 3 different beautiful swimming areas and 150 meters from the house you can jump from the private jetty into the Emån River or get into the canoe.

Welcome to Svartarps Gård which is beautifully located surrounded by forest, meadows and water. The Småland nature invites for lovely walks and bike rides. Bikes to hire. The accommodation is next to Lake Södra Vixen where both a jetty and barbecue area are available. Boat with motor is available for rental. If your own boat is included, there is a ramp for launching.
