Walking distance to a bathing area, approximately 1,500 metres to a petrol station with a well-stocked grocery shop, and a bus stop 50 metres away. A family with children lives in the rest of the house, and the building is old, so the roof might creak a bit. In the garden, there is garden furniture for guests to use, and there is parking available on the property.

Maximum 4 items (please let us know if you need to borrow more) A 10-minute drive to public transport with good connections to Gothenburg and plenty of commuter parking spaces. 20 mins by car to kongahälla center and Stenungsundstorg.

A place for those looking for peace and quiet. Our house is right by the sea. This means that you have a fantastic view from all rooms except the TV room. A large balcony in front of the house provides sun during the day. Next to the balcony is a hot tub. The beach is perfect for those who want to paddle and for children because it is shallow. Outdoor gym available for rent nearby. A couple of hundred meters away is a harbor. On Orust, there are exciting excursions. The town of Svanesund with grocery store and pizzeria is about 2 km away.
