The property has a generously sized hall/mud room with space for leisure equipment. Walking distance to a bathing area, approximately 1,500 metres to a petrol station with a well-stocked grocery shop, and a bus stop 50 metres away. A family with children lives in the rest of the house, and the building is old, so the roof might creak a bit. In the garden, there is garden furniture for guests to use, and there is parking available on the property.

Access to the barbecue and garden is available. Pets are allowed; we ourselves have 2 Ragdoll cats.

Forest surrounds the house and embraces the plot in a peaceful way. The proximity to swimming areas in Kolhättan and Svanesund makes it easy to cool off. If you want a forest walk, there is also a lake in the forest. The apartment has two beds and a sofa bed, as well as 2 extra mattresses that can be made up if needed, which may be most suitable for children/teenagers.

Welcome to cozy Timmervik. Here you live close to forest and sea. Perfect location for those who want to make excursions on the west coast and also have walking distance to the sea and nature. Beautiful swimming area with jetty and beach. Bed linens and towels are available to borrow at a cost of 100 SEK each. Max 4 (let me know if you need them) 10 minutes by car to public transport with good connections to Gothenburg and plenty of commuter parking spaces. 20 minutes by car to Kongahälla Center and Stenungsundstorg.

Here you can enjoy a quiet stay next to the host's house, close to both the sea and the town centre. Stenungstorg with restaurants and shops is 1.5 km away and the station is 1.2 km away, with convenient connections to Gothenburg. ICA is only 950 metres away. Electric car charging is available at an extra cost, as is the option to rent sheets/bed linen. Cleaning is not included.

A home for those who are looking for peace and quiet. Our house is right by the sea. It makes you have a great view from all rooms except the TV room. A large deck in front of the house provides sun during the day. Next to the patio is a hot tub that stays at around 38 degrees all year round. The beach is perfect for those who want to paddle and for kids as it is shallow. There is an outdoor gym and a grocery store in Svanesund. A harbour is located a few hundred metres away. At Orust there are exciting excursions.
