This completely newly built guest house is located on our seafront property and access to large jetty with swimming ladder and barbecue is available, as well as boat space for boat that goes no deeper than 2.5 m (in case of extremely low water 2 m). Welcome to our brand new built little house with all facilities in a quiet area. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and drying facilities. Large deck with barbecue and expansive views of the sea and the marina. Close to the sea, individually but still in the community, at the top of a dead end street you will find this little house. Approximately 300 meters to Orust's finest swimming area with jetties, diving towers, cliffs and a small beach for the little ones. Well-stocked grocery store and excellent pizzeria 150 meters from the house.

Cabin with up to 5 beds. Loft with double bed and an extra mattress. Living room with day bed for 2 people and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and dining area, washing machine, bathroom and sauna. As well as patio with barbecue. 800 m to sea bathing with jumping towers, beach and cliffs. 400 meters to the port and about 800 meters to the petrol station with ICA Near. 50 meters to bus stop, line 335 towards Stenungsund. Electric car charging and rental of kayaks are offered for an additional fee on request. Parking possible for up to 4 cars.

Cozy guest house in scenic area

Cozy guest cottage in scenic, calm neighborhood. The cabin is located just over 4 km from the city centre and on walking distance to the sea and exercise tracks. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer compartment, stove, oven and microwave. Toilet with shower, washing machine and dryer. There is a 90 bed plus a sofa bed which is 150cm wide. If necessary, there is also the possibility of an inflatable mattress. The cottage has its own terrace where you enjoy the sun most of the day. The cottage is located next to the main building.

Bright comfortable guest suite close to both swimming, nature and city

Here you can relax to the sound of small bird's song. Take a walk out into nature or a swim in the lake. If you are road by picking mushrooms and berries, the forest is just around the corner. If you want to then have fun, it takes 45 minutes by car to Gothenburg. Here, it is close to most things. The entire beautiful Bohuslän is at your feet. When you are tired, you can just relax in the room or sit in the sun on the wooden deck outside. The kitchen is equipped with most things for a successful meal. If you like to grill, that's fine too.

Seaside cottage with beautiful garden

We who rent out the cottage are mother and daughter and live in villa on the same plot. Here you find a functional and nice cabin with about 200 meters to the sea and Norums Holme. Here you come for peace and quiet and saltwater. Sunny beautiful location with access to garden offering berries, shade and space for play and coziness. The cottage has a washing machine and dishwasher so you can focus on other things. Fridge, freezer and basic equipment for 2 adults and 1 child. Bedroom with double bed. Sofa bed 140 cm. Welcome!

Bright and newly built apartment with ocean view and walking distance to saltwater swimming. The apartment has its own entrance and a large private patio with evening sun and sea view. 700 m to walk to the sea. 10 min to walk to the nearest bus stop (Strandnorum) with good communications to Gothenburg. The apartment built in 2020 is 25 sqm and well-planned. Open-plan with kitchen/living room, fully equipped kitchen, sleeping alcove with 140 cm bed and sofa bed 120 cm. Large bathroom with washing machine.

Here you live with fantastic sea view near swimming, forest and nature in a newly built holiday home of 30 square plus sleeping loft. The house offers all possible amenities such as dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, oven, TV, etc. Enjoy the sunset on the lovely deck or take a short stroll down to the jetty for a swim. Proximity to downtown to Stenungsund with shops and restaurants. Nearby there are many nice excursions. Orust/Tjörn and the rest of Bohuslän is quick and easy.
