We are located 100m away from the center of Grein. 150m from the train station. 200m away from the Donau. It is very peaceful here. The apartment is located in our house, but it has a separate entrance. So it is private. There are several places to eat, not too far away from us. There is a pharmacy right up the street and 2 local supermarkets. The city tax is 2,40€ per person per night. By Austrian law I am required to input a personal identification into the Austrian data base

Swimming, tennis, cycling (Ybbstag bike path right outside the door), hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing right by the house when the snow allows! 3 km from the center of Hollenstein, very good infrastructure.

Loving holiday mechanic apartment near Linz. We live in a very rural area, but only 9 km from the capital Linz. Our apartment is perfectly located for those passing through, families with children (good excursion destinations), cyclists (Danube cycle path) and holidaymakers. Privacy is ensured with your own Airbnb access to the apartment. Local tax to be paid on site: €2.40/ day Erw. Children up to the age of 15 are free. A lot of emphasis was placed on child-friendliness.

Our place is right in the center of Steyr only about 2 minutes' walk from the train station. There are several supermarkets in the surrounding area and the city center with the beautiful old town is only a 2-minute walk away. There you will find several great restaurants, cafes and ice cream shops... The apartment has 2 separate walk-in bedrooms and is located in the attic of an apartment building. In addition, there is a cozy living room with a pellet stove.

An additional terrace invites you to relax. we are close to: main station 700 m, FH OÖ Campus Steyr, restaurant, bars, cinema … Steyr is the 40 Kilometer away from capital City LINZ. Every half an hour there is a train leaving to Linz.

Romantic little hut right on the edge of the forest with in-house sheep. PURE Austrian feeling! Come with a whole group or as a couple and enjoy the silence. We intentionally do without Wi-Fi TV and the like. At the large gravel parking lot in front of the cabin, you can make a campfire and grill with our tripod with grill grate. Then fall asleep to the soothing sound of the stream.
