Holiday rentals in Steyr-Land District

The environment around the house is just beautiful and so peaceful. The house itself was also really nice, clean and fully packed with everything that would come handy (kitchenware as well). We also tried 3 of the hikes Marianne recommended and they were all quite breathtaking - our favourite was Gleinkersee. I recommend this house if you are okay with cooking or prepping the meals for yourselves, as there is not really any restaurant or store nearby, within walkable distance. Also, I think it was not mentioned in the description, but only the lower section of the house is yours, there is a resident over you - still the location is absolutely calm and relaxing!

This is our third time staying at this place to just disconnect from the stressful everyday life. The area exudes pure peace and relaxation and this in a top location with fantastic views of the mountains. About the accommodation: Marcus provides a cabin in the best order in which you feel very comfortable from second one. All usable utensils that are needed daily are present. The wood-burning stove also creates a very cozy atmosphere. All in all definitely worth a stay!

The place was great, I would even give seven stars. It was just great, it was just everything you need. The apartment is very inviting and you feel right at home, the area is very quiet and you wake up with a beautiful view of the Alps. The hosts are very accommodating and very nice.

So we were only there for one night so my husband doesn't have to drive that long but we were thrilled with the children and the dog loved the garden and we were all disappointed that we only had one night. So we liked it very much, small cozy and nicely furnished.

There were five of us in Chalet 37 over Easter and felt super comfortable there in the cozy and well-equipped kitchen-living room. We couldn't really appreciate the beautiful living room on the first floor in the short time and in the most beautiful Easter weather. For this, we enjoyed the magnificent garden with various benches, table groups, loungers and great views of the Gaflenz Valley. The entire cottage is tastefully decorated with lovely details and decor. Just a place to feel good. Upon arrival, the landlord also provided us with a room in the annex to lock our bicycles. Super nice and accommodating. Thank you!!
